My boy loves this store and so do I! He calls it his favorite store and literally runs in circles and does a happy dance when I ask him if he wants to go. They items are in good shape, fairly priced, and clean. So happy we found it

I have had 2 weeks to cool down.
Writing this review after my daughter hit her head on a stack of shelves on the floor.
On the 21st my parents, 2 kids and myself went into the store to sale some items. My dad helped me get these big items off my truck and into the store we went. The owner of the store looked and picked items she was interest in. After she picked and I got my total amount I decided to walk around with my mom and kids and picked a few clothes that I was interested in. As I was getting ready to walk to the register to pay, I see my daughter walking towards me with a doll in her hand that she was interested in, trips, falls and BANGS (loud and obvious that someone got hurt) her head on a stack of pointless shelves on the floor under a clothing rack. I dropped what I had in my hands, grab her and attempted to console her. As I walked to the register to get some help, I look in the direction of 3 people behind the register (owner and possibly her kids) and no one is moving. I get closer to them as my child was screaming in pain and asked for an ice pack and in a mono tone response the owner look at me and said “noooo” at this point I’m in a panic because I start seeing some blood unaware how big the gash could be. I then ask this group that still had not moved from where they were if they had paper towels because my daughter was bleeding, her response (again in her mono tone voice) “ in the bathroom” and points to the bathroom. I quickly walk over to where she points, open the door reach under the paper towel dispenser and no paper towel! Thank god there was a basket of diapers. Which luckily I saw a packaged single diaper, opened it and put pressure on my daughter’s head. Walked out of the bathroom and glanced and these people were still in their little circle on their phones! I somehow still managed to pay for my son’s toy that he had because who wants two screaming kids (one injured and the other throwing a tantrum) walked out and rushed to the ER.
My anger and frustration stem from this woman (owner of the store) not caring about her customers. I’m all about supporting small business but if this is how you are going to treat your community, no thank you. No stars ⭐️ for Lack of customer service, lack of safety, lack of supplies and unkept.
Again, it was obvious that someone hit something. That bang and scream would have and should have raised some concern. This injury could have been 100% preventable. Stacked up shelves on the sales floor?Looked like it was just being stored there.
My daughter is fine and now has a scar above her eyebrow. I will not be supporting this small business anymore and hopefully my credit is transferable and is given to someone in need. Name on credit Carla Rivas.

Have been dealing with them charging me for an item and instead of showing me a receipt that says they did not charge me they are not threatening to sue me for my reviews , here is proof they are unable to give me any information on what i was charged , proof of my receipt , proof they called me unknown so i cant report that they are now harassing me . Saying they are a ministry so they dont have to show us proof of what we purchased if i new they were using the non profit thing as a get around of good business i would have definitely never went in the first place . They cant tell you what ministry they are associated with or anything else instead they argue about how the bbb wont help me get my money and how i will not get an itemized receipt unless i sue them which is crazy , the other comments are right , all toys i bought i had to scrub clean with bleach because there was snot and many other nasty stuff in them , the girls were rude they argue with customers and truly are only in it for the money which is why they want me to sue over a 12$ item instead of having good business morals . I see why the place has gone so far down hill

Very Awkward…

I went in today to see what they had as far as kids decor and furniture . And the lady at the front was not very friendly. I did not receive a welcome or any friendly greeting. But she seemed super friendly with the other lady that was Caucasian like herself …..I was the only person in the store and it was just very awkward for me . 0 customer service. But hey .. IM not surprised… its not the 1st time I’ve been discriminated against. Will not be back … tried to support a small business but I honestly would rather spend hundreds on a big corporation like Walmart or Target😏

I just came today Saturday, it say on the store hour that they close on Sundays, but it was close!
please fix you guys store hours , don’t make the people waste their time,
that’s what it happen with some small business, they close whet ever they want ,and don’t respect their own schedule. And eventually loosing their costumers and ending closing their store.

I really like this place! Especially for those of us who know that babies grow out of things SO QUICKLY and sometimes your new baby hates that $500 swing thing but likes something else. You can trade things in and try other things out while your little one grows without breaking the bank. There sales are awesome too!

I loooved this store for a min. Cute stuff and it was nice making money off my things I didn't need anymore. But then I felt I was getting treated like a joke. I would bring in new never out the package toys and electronics and clothes they would accept most of it and I'd get like 13 dollars. That wasn't even worth one of the toys I sold and then I'd see they were selling it for what it way more then what they gave me. I got 100 2 times before and 75 and 45 the other visits and those things were used. I stopped coming because not only that but they weren't inviting like an fellow mom. They were young girls and snooty ladies. It didn't feel like a child store and they were better with the other owner Robin. Besides that they were a cute store

If you’re a momma or daddy that likes to shop at the thrift. This is the place for you! Everything is such great quality!!! New and used. It’s just such a great little store!!!
