I had a wonderful shopping experience with Joseph Pham at Neiman Marcus. He is an honest, kind, and genuinely helpful person. Joseph always provides thoughtful and enthusiastic recommendations, and his customer service is truly outstanding.

Whenever I ask him to place an order through the website, he promptly updates me with all the details and lets me know right away if there are any promotions, rewards, or special sales happening. On days when I purchase a lot of items, he even helps carry everything out to my car.

I really appreciate his dedication and the way he goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Highly recommend Joseph if you're shopping at Neiman Marcus!

I’ve been a loyal client at Guerlain and always look forward to my appointments with Susie—she’s absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

I had a facial scheduled for today, which I rushed to make on time, only to be told upon arrival that I wasn’t even on the books. Not only was today’s appointment mishandled, but I was also informed by Kim who mind you had booked my June appointment that she initiated that my upcoming facial in June wasn’t correctly booked either. This wasn’t a simple scheduling mishap—it was clear there was a complete lack of accountability. No one took ownership of the mistake or offered a solution beyond a shrug and a “sorry not sure what happened.” The guerlain representative was on site today as well and busy selling me products until he found out I wasn’t on The books, Then I was invincible. Pathetic!

Today was also supposed to be a special event with Aaron, which I was initially excited about. I did get my makeup done, but even that felt like an afterthought. Guerlain is known for its skincare, not makeup, and unfortunately, that showed.

I left feeling frustrated and undervalued. As someone who has always had a high regard for Guerlain’s service and standards, this experience fell far short. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other clients don’t face the same disappointment. It’s not the service I expect for guerlain or neimans. The makeup was nothing spectacular either. A waste of my time and day!
I went to the estee lauder counter after and was treated with more grace and kindness! I still haven’t heard from Kim or Susie and it’s a shame!

My sister and I were greeted by lovely hostess, Laura, who went out of her way to accommodate our wishes and ensure our experience was unforgettable, and it was! Laura is genuine and sincere and treats you as if you're the only person who matters. Our service was excellent as was our food. We arrived just as the restaurant was closing. She spoke to the chef who made us something special and delicious which Laura delivered to us herself!! In addition, she kindly checked with us after we were served to ask if we were satisfied. We were more than satisfied. Laura is a wonderful representative of the kind of employees Neiman Marcus is known for. She should be recognized for her exemplary customer service. We will be back.5-STARS!!!

Today, I went to the Chanel boutique at Neiman Marcus Palo Alto to try on some clothes. When I walked into the store, I was completely ignored—there was no greeting at all. Then, a man who claimed to be the ready-to-wear manager assisted me, but he was extremely arrogant and rude. He kept emphasizing that he was the manager.

I was interested in a bag and wanted to compare the small and mini sizes, but he dismissively said, “This is a classic style,” with a condescending attitude. Later, when I tried on a jacket, he asked me who my SA was. When I told him the name, he said he didn’t recognize it.

Then, I showed him on my phone, and he asked if he could take a picture of it. Before I even had the chance to respond, he had already taken the photo without my permission. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and that my privacy had been violated.

The entire shopping experience was unpleasant and frustrating. Is this really the kind of attitude a Chanel manager should have?

I went to get a facial with Isabel and it was the most luxurious facial ever . The bed was heated , you get a towel so you don’t have to wear your uncomfortable clothes , you even get a massage . They explain to you about what’s going on with your skin and what products they’re using . Very relaxing experience and my skin looked immediately 10x better . 10/10 recommend . Best part the facial is free

I bought a dress from them for an event when I got home noticed the entire back of the dress is ruined. This dress has been worn many times. The stone work is also very loose. Selling a dress like that full price for $1k is wild. For sure I feel cheated and had to wear a different dress, basically wasted my time. Will be going back to the store Monday morning. I usually only try to go to the San Francisco store. They have much better selection and this has never ever happened. Yikes.
