Went to renew my license and convert to REAL ID drivers license, and my daughter got her ID as well. We went in on a COVID August/Wednesday and waited outside for 30 min. Once inside, we waited another 20 min. We scanned all our documents before at home, so we were processed within 10 min. Friendly folks work there! DONT FORGET YOUR MASK!

The best Dmv in the state of California! They are extremely kind sweet & funny. It usually had no more than 4-6 people waiting at A time. They're all really sweet And knowledgeable best experience ever.

A surprisingly good experience at the Needles DMV. No appointment (registration). In and out in less than 5 minutes. Smiling, cheerful, and efficient staff. The building itself is a relic, but what do you want? It's Needles.

Very nice workers. We Showed close to Closing after driving 2hours to get there. They had already closed out there drawers but still took us and let us get a new ID card. And they even skipped the fee since they couldn't take the payment. But totally cool Of them. They didn't have to service us at all and they did. Thank you!!?

This is one of the best if not the best DMV I’ve ever been too! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Jessica was of great service to us, especially knew what she was talking about helping us solve an issue with our registration within minutes when other dmv’s gave us the run around for almost a year. Fast, great service, recommend This dmv to anyone.

Ok. I've been to small-town DMVs that are quick and efficient and this particular Needles office is no exception. I needed to change my last name, update my address, change my vehicle address, and update my disabled placard. It took less than an hour and I hadn't done anything online to expedite anything. Thank you for having a great staff.

Horrible experience. I know it might be typical for a dmv, but the two employees that "helped" me were very disrespectful and did not listen to what I was saying. I don't know their names, but they were two Asian guys. One of the guys in particular kept interrupting me and seemed bothered that I was even there. In the end, the problem I presented to them was not solved, and they gave me forms to give to CHP that did not apply to my situation. If the two Asian guys are there, don't even bother.
