The copy of a marketplace you will find all over the US.
For everybody something is there to find.
Food, furniture, clothes, insurances, groceries, banks ... huge parking slots and shops one by one paired like glass pearls at a necklace.
Nothing for the eye and to enjoy or have fun ... but useful.

The Natomas Marketplace is the first major shopping center in Natomas. It has many of my favorite stores and restaurants in there. The Regal Movie Theatre is also here.

But it is also a shopping center I try to avoid if I have other options due to the design errors of the entrance and exit. I think they never thought that the shopping center would be so crowded when they decided to have one entrance and exit mixed with all the traffic together at the super busy intersection and freeway entrance simultaneously. The shopping center does have another entrance next to HomeGoods. But very few people are using that entrance.

It was hard for me to find Staples!!! BUT once I got there I was able to get help to find what I needed and I was out of there!!! They could use a few more staff members but otherwise I had a good experience there!!! Too bad everything is going online!!! BECAUSE some of us don't know how to use it or we need something right now!!! But Staples had what I wanted and needed whereas other places didn't have it unless you went online!!!!
Thank you Staples for being there!!!! AWESOME!!!

Great place, a lot of stores everywhere, with an indigenous vibe. There is an In & Out, that is all you need to know.

Lots of great shopping but really difficult to get around the area. Most impacting was the confusing parking lot. Other than that it's a great place to get just about everything you need.

The only reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because I had my purse snatched during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons in 2014. Safety doesn't seem to be as big of an issue now, although I have a red nose pit bull that I got given to me for Christmas/My Bday that year because of that incident. I never had any problema like tjay in Sacramento, so I wasn't as diligent as I should have been at keeping myself safe. I should never have walked at during the holidays with my purse over my shoulder, especially being alone in a not very populas area, an area that was new to me since I just moved into the neighborhood (so nobody knew who I was, nor me anybody else). Then I had my hands each occupied one with a drink one bringing an icecream cone from McDonalds back to my boyfriend waiting at the laundrymat. That was stupid on my part. Other than that, the area has a Rite Aide amd Walgreen Pharmacies, an authentic Mexican Grocer that has yummy fresh baked goods, always a wonderful supply of fresh produce, etc., a laundrymatt, smoke shop, an awesome donut shop that I left a raving review for, two gas stations, two fast food shops and is a short walk from a barber shop, doctor offices, marijuana dispensary (they may have moved) and the local Department of Human Assistance. There is plenty of places to get free Wifi or Xfinity Wifi, and I love the CitiTrends here as well. When you get such great deals on apparel you cannot complain of they don't last 2 or 3 years like I have heard, but they are always cute, sizes to fit everybody and, like I said, I think that the prices beats places like DD's, Marshalls and TJ Max hands down!
