Include car wash when I gas. Drive to carwash, put in the code but nothing happen. Carwash was empty. When in to ask attendance and he told me it's close. Told him I have already enter the code and screen carwash in use even when it's empty. Aka him to reissue another code for future wash but was denied. He said I need to get gas to get a code. I have already paid for a wash and he wanted to to gas up and pay again. Very bad service. Did he think I was trying to scam the company for $9:00 wash?
The other times was my code got water stain from the rain while gasing and I cannot see the code number. Attendance refused to give me another code. Bad bad customer service.
Caution. Just gas and Do Not include car wash for a peaceful mine.

I have a problem with one of your branch here in Mission Blvd, California. The gas pump kept charging my card even though I wasn't putting gas. I spoke to the guy working that shift and he's no help at all. Wasted my time just for him to tell me to look up National Petroleum on Google and make a complaint. Unprofessional and didn't take my complaint seriously. If this happens to me and I'm being ignored. How many more people are being scammed by this gas station.

Never had any issues here until tonight. Refused to take more than $3 in quarters. I'm sure with him being on his phone and the long line of no people behind me, counting $5 in quarters would have been to time consuming.

This place is a joke. The young man behind the counter has no customer service ability what so ever! He's rude obnoxious and unprofessional. The car wash is robbery. The dryer is broken and there to cheap to get a real technician to fix it. Americana is going to the dogs. Listen up, if you want bad service and faulty car wash but, cheap gas prices this is your place. Advice don't patron this establishment. We deserve better 💯

Despite the cheaper fuel rates, nothing great except non compliance with regulations.
Too risky to fill fuel with no trip hose regulators. Non functional hose that drips on fuel after the tank is full until you manually interfere.
Gas is spilling at every station of theirs and operating dead slow.
It took 15 minutes to fill 12 gallons of gas followed by spill over of 1 more gallon.
Thank God I was watching over it rather than sitting in my car waiting for the tank to get full.
Should report it to consumer affairs and environmental authorities. It's super dangerous with fuel lying all over the place. A spark of fire can blow up entire station.

Best price for gas in Union City and Hayward! Which helps big time considering how expensive gas. Tiny little food mart and a taco truck in the parking lot. Always a line to get gas because they have the best prices!!
