Went on a Monday morning with my dog and friends. The older couple were extremely welcoming, kind and gave good recommendations of other stores in town. They have cheap shirts to fair price design shirts to ensure all can find something in their budget

staff is incredibly rude. was checking out with my 3 other family members. blonde lady behind the counter said she was feeling claustrophobic and told my parents and grandma to step away from the counter, so they just left the building. the look on her face looked disgusted, she could’ve said it with a way better tone if she was truly feelings “nervous”. need a better staff for this extremely tourist area

Older lady with glasses is sarcastic and rudely blunt. No filter. The long brown older woman no personality at all.
I went to ask a T-shirt size and asked the older lady politely explaining I didn’t have my glasses with me and I was looking for a LG. She told me is was a small/petite with a bite in her tone and looked at he co worker and started laughing. I walked out. Body shaming is NOT OKAY. Oh and as I walked out and after her sass I was with a young boy,
I overheard the older lady telling snotty the co worker, “Where are they all coming from?” If you’re going to insult customers…wait until the door shuts.

We were in Hot springs and went in the national Park gifts this past Saturday. We had questions about the ornate lamps in the window, and the blonde head woman that was at the counter could not have been less amenable to assist us as a matter of fact she tried to wave people in front of us to check them out. When my wife suggested we'll go outside and look lamps in the window, the lady replied yes, that's what you should do go look at the lamps in the window. And she said it with an attitude that clearly stated to us she wanted nothing to do with us or our questions. We used to always make sure we would go in the store because we really liked it. We will never be back.

Stuff was great but the staff is horrible. I was just in there yesterday and there were these swords, katanas behind the counter I asked the price for this blue one i knew my brother would like but the lady had just looked at me rolled her eyes at me. Honestly fix ur staffs attitude, if they going to be mean and horrible to costumers might as well fire them cuz it ain’t going to get you no where in ur business if no one is going to go into the store and buy things because of ur staff.

Omgoodness older lady and man are extremely rude I was trying to pay like every other customer and some ladies in front of me were complaining about the rudeness of the older lady and the man asked what she’d said and I replied that the lady is very rude and it was like a child throwing a tantrum he mimicked them to then just blow it off saying bla bla bla she’s rude ….. I walked out!!! the level of disgust
