For retail strip mall it's pretty good! Quite a few stores you won't find in traditional indoor malls, with ample parking. It's also just a couple turns off of nearby highways making it extremely convenient to those in Mercer County.

Beggars on every corner pan handling and impeding the flow of traffic. Feels like I’m driving through a ghetto. Shame on the town for allowing this behavior and not cleaning this mess up.

Vibrant strip mall with good eclectic mix of apparel stores and eateries.
If you are looking for grocery,visiting Wegman’s will be ideal,particularly liked its live food counter.
It has ample of parking space and a lot of stores to visit in an expensive open area.
We keep coming back here.
