I went to the Napa-Vallejo Flea Market the first time last Sunday. I would say it's more market than flea. I was looking for folks cleaning out their house treasures and that may be on me since I went in January. There were a ton of vendors of all types and some of the food smelled amazing. Definitely had loud music playing in some of the booths. Just a heads up, parking is now $5 as most of the folks noted it was $4, must be a new year uptick. Would I go back? Not sure as its a $8 bridge toll and $5 to park and I'm not counting the gas I used. Still an interesting stop if you're in the area. Thanks!

My family and I went to check out some items. We are from South Carolina so we weren’t sure what to expect. I was hoping for handmade items, but mostly things from stores. The food was good! Lots of food trucks and very similar items at vendors. We do not speak spanish but we were still able to communicate with everyone we interacted with. All the vendors smiled, and I loved the good vibes that everyone had.If you go, go early.

One of the best weekly outdoor markets. Best place to buy Mexican goods. The kitchen/cooking equipment stalls are excellent. Great produce, lots of food trucks with shaded areas to eat, plus beer! Has everything you could possibly need. Take cash.

So much of the same stuff. The majority of it is poorly made plastic toys that look like it’ll end up in the trash within the year and polyester clothes. The only good quality looking stuff to us was the leather goods and food. Was hoping for some second hand furniture and curated finds. The couple plant stalls were nice though. Disappointing to pay $5 for parking and not find much of anything.

I am disabled and have a handicap placard. It expired 12 days ago and I am awaiting new paperwork from my doctor to submit to the DMV. I still need to park handicap and have proof of everything.

After visiting the Napa Flea Market to purchase my produce I came back to my car with a boot on it. There were signs in English/Spanish saying I needed to go to the office to have it removed. I could not walk anymore so fortunately my husband found an employee.

I do not feel I need to prove my disability to anyone, but still did. The employee told me if I was in downtown that the same thing would have happened or I would of gotten a ticket. Well that’s one of the reasons I came there instead. It’s private property! At first I kind of understood his point, but when he continued to argue the fact after I showed him the voicemail transcript from my Doctor I thought he would be a little more understanding.

The honest truth is that I was profiled from the minute I parked my car and walked away. Being in 40ish and not using my cane is apparently a crime worth putting a boot on my car?

12 days expired and you have the audacity to tell me it’s illegal? Really are you checking all the registration on the cars in the lot and putting boots on the ones with expired tags? Police do not pull over people with tags 12 days behind. What the hell gives you the right to put a boot on my car and then instruct me to go to some office to have an employee with a key remove it? Really I’m in enough pain as it is.

Signs everywhere say “NO DOGS” (they’re everywhere here) so I highly suggest before your employees try to police the issue they get some instruction on ADA Compliance. Parking lot “paving” is a joke for anyone in a wheelchair.
