I bought a 2 yr battery 15 months ago. The battery was having a hard time starting the car with our hot weather. Took the old battery back to NAPA and within 10 min I was walking out with a new battery at no charge. Nice to deal with a company that stands behind its warranty and makes it easy on their customers.

My truck was running a really rough all of a sudden and the check-engine light came on. I took it to Napa to see if they had a code reader. The staff pulled my codes and knew right away what was wrong and gave me some recommendations. They even researched more possible problems after I left and let me know when I came back for the ordered part. Turns out it was just a rat chewing on some wires. But they still helped me out again by clearing my codes and refunded me for the part. I will be doing all my business with them in the future. Didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Thank you!!

Having been in the automotive repair business for over 35 years it's nice to go into a parts store and have people know what you are asking for without having to explain that the rear axle ratio has nothing to do with the alternator your looking for. Have bought many parts from here..and yes sometimes I had to wait to get them...but they do try to get them fast..personal are very friendly and helpful.I would definitely suggest you try here before you go anywhere else

The only thing that has changed is, 2 new staff members. The new guy at the counter has been there for a few months, and in my opinion, was a quick learner and I'm glad Scott finally got some good help. In this town, that's hard to find, so still excellent service as usual, guys are hard at work for the locals here. If they have to order a part for you, it's usually there the next day. To me Napa Auto Parts, in whole, always work together. Meaning, the other Napa Auto Parts Stores, are in sync. Can't say that about the competition, and their pricing is comparable, or less than their competitors.
