“Waste of time! I brought in brand new, quality items from top brands, only to be told they were ‘out of style,’ despite the outdated, run-down items already on the shelves. After waiting an hour, not a single item was accepted. The way they treat people who are just trying to make a small sale is disappointing. No wonder this place is struggling. Definitely won’t be back, and I’ll be reporting this to the BBB.”

The store on valvista and southern was so rude and disrespectful. They accused us of stealing after we already opened our back so they could check they didn't find anything but called the cops on us. We stood till the cops came which the cops checked our bags again and found nothing feltl very embarrassed disrespected and we'll never go to the store ever again..

This place was horrific, used to go years ago and it was decent. I hope the 1 on Dobson isn’t as bad as this one. The stuff was all old worn out and out dated, brought in tons of stuff with tags still on items over 80$ and they would offer me 5$. It would have been worth it if they had anything decent in the store!

I used to visit this store on a regular. I was gone for two years and it’s turned into a hot topic. There is absolutely no use clothes in that store they are all brand new stolen from stores. That is why the owner is able to keep it open and operate the way he does. Very shady very disappointing

So this WAS my go to, up until today! I ride on a compact electric bike, one that folds up and can fit in the back of any vehicles trunk. Today being April 5th, 2024 at approx 2:50pm I visited this location and was permitted entry because of my bike. I've shopped here before and at least dropped $100 or more and was allowed to kick stand my bike right by the front door on the inside while I shopped, but not this time. The short,skinny girl with blk glasses denied me and suggested I leave my $600 e.b outside. At first I thought she was just kidding but she suggested it twice and was ruder the 2nd time. So your telling me that people with strollers,walkers or even electric wheelchairs also have to abide by this rule.....I didn't think so. Y'all lost my business for sure. #rude

What a hidden gem this one is . We all tend to overlook these places. But don't overlook this one. Prices are amazing, quality and quantity is unreal. Did I mention the pricing is amazing?!! Worth the drive for those who enjoy the hunt of a great deal .

Walked in just a few minutes ago, pretty good stuff! Saw gucci slides for like 130 which is a great deal considering they were in good condition and how expensive gucci is. Shirts were really cool too! Will be coming back with friends
