UPDATE: (last picture) so I have several mail tools of my own. I was using my drill to try and fix some of these nails and after some filing the thumbnail on my right - top layer peeled and WET GEL underneath!! I mean this is beyond ridiculous!

It was yesterday (12/30/22) that I went. It was slammed so I think that was part of the problem. The guy who started the nails was alright. My left thumb is a bit weird as pictured. A woman came over so the man could start the ‘next’ in line and was very much in a hurry. She did one of the poorest gel polishing jobs ever. The gel is lumpy and uneven. I even told her several times - hey look - and she repeatedly brushed me off as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Had there not been so many people I would have demanded a re-do. Gel is even pooled up into the cuticle area like in a trough! Gel also on my skin under the nail (also something she kept brushing off when I mentioned it). I hope she reads this. Never again.

Never again! I.dont believe any of the ladies there today were professionals. They don't follow the posted prices. And the gel was peeling an hour later. Waste of time and money.

told him specifically to do them long like the picture and he absolutely ignored what i told him. he stopped half way through doing my nails as well to go do some ladies toe nails.

I have tried a few locations of getting my nails done and always have problems with them breaking or peeling within days after. but coming to nail's boutique and spa I never have that issue and I won't go anywhere else. Pedicures could improve a little bit but nothing to drop rating over.

They are very sweet and kind here; they do a great job of making you feel welcome. I have had a pedicure and a full set of coffin acrylic nails; I’ve had 2 different techs for each service, each on different days. The costs creep for gel polish, shape, length, top coat, etc., but after paying more for these, within 1 week of service, it isn’t worth the extra money. They do not take care of cuticles and will apply polish over the cuticles, which causes the polish and acrylic to not last. A majority of my toe polish peeled within the first few days. My nails are starting to lift, it’s been 7 days; the coffin shape is faint at this point (compared to previous sets I have had). Customer service is great but services are less than ideal. I’ve paid less for the same services and they will last for at least 4 weeks, compared to one.

Absolutely worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received. My acrylic was full of bubbles and the nails were lifting after only four days. I had to go to a different salon to have them removed. They put the acrylic over my cuticles and that’s why they were lifting. My feet were tore up. I told them the polish was lifting and it got pressed back on with a paper towel sprayed with rubbing alcohol and said it was from dead skin. If the pedicure was done correctly the dead skin should’ve been removed before the polish was ever applied. This was supposed to be a treat and I left almost in tears. It was not relaxing and made my anxiety go through the roof. I still tipped but lord if you are charging for these services please put a little bit of effort in. They were apologetic and took $10 off my service but honestly at that point it didn’t help the situation at all. A complete waste of money.
