They only cash check in the area so if you have a payroll check outside there area they will not cash it . I WORK IN Mission ViejoAnd the company head office is locatedIn Rancho Santa Maria so they said they will not cash it the own said him self short Middle Eastern man said no they don't cash check out side of the area but funny thing is my boyfriend went in n his company is in TX n they cash his so they pick who they want to cash for
