This specific my unique location is insane with pricing. I got a larger version of this coach bag at another location for $30 and they are charging $600 (and yes I confirmed with the employees) for a bag they got FOR FREE! Comps for this bag online are no where NEAR $600. Absolutely wild.

Depressingly expensive. This place has taken a nose dive over the last few years. It’s hilarious to ruin your items by using packing tape all over them and then pricing them exorbitantly high. I used to be a regular customer but I’m just done. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place speaks and reads as much as the improper name on its storefront. The checkout personnel were okay but could have been more cordial. The young minorities looked uncertain in their roles to serve us and others. We did not see a need for the receipt to be punctured with a pen if asset management can clearly see the customer make a purchase at the checkout station that is less than 15 steps away. Lastly, by having the checkout stations further away from purchases made, it would present a more logical case for asset protection personnel to be onsite.

Awful management!!!!! Witnessed a young girl get accused of switching tags and then forced to pay more than the tag price. I even heard her ask the employee about if the tag was right before the manager came over and screamed at her accusing her of theft. The employees looked so uncomfortable. The manager is just a short insecure abrupt terrible excuse for a human that likes to take his misery out on the customers. I dropped my stuff and juts left. My friends and I won't be coming back 🙂

Edit: Ok so after reading some more reviews I think the manager is scamming people somehow because apparently this has happened to tons of other people before! Be careful guys!

Not only are there things here that are criminally overpriced but the manager requested documentation of my friends service dog which is illegal and discriminatory. My friend has anxiety and a heart condition. I tried to tell him he's not allowed to ask for that and he proceeds to say they were not welcome. When I left I decided to have a word and he said "well no one's ever refused to show me ID" and then dismissed me. I told him what he did and has been doing is infact illegal. Not friendly here and very egotistical

Worst customer service, the manager should be fired twice.
When I had a question, the first person that I asked told me was that he didn't speak English. Later on, I saw him talking to someone in English. The second person didn't let me finish my question, and his response was I don't know." When I told the manager, he said that he would speak to his employees at the right time without asking me who the 2 people were. He was worse than the 2 lazy guys.
I gave them a few donations before, guest what no more. I would rather post it on FB for free. Their prices are very high now for something that they didn't pay for. They will never see me there again.
I hope the owner will have the opportunity to read the reviews and act upon it. I wish I could give them a negative review.
