Quiet and off strip. Near lots of eateries. Simple parking! Super awesome front desk staff. You have your own ice maker in your room fridge. I like that. Just remember to turn it on, right when you arrive. We came for Nascar, and it was a super easy quick drive to the track. SUPER easy. Having read the reviews ahead of time, I made sure to bring paper plates and plastic utensils. There are no dishes. For the price and size of the room,(nice and large with almost a full kitchen!) I dont mind that they have no utensils. The parking is free, while most others charge now! All in all, an Excellent stay.

I’m giving this hotel 2 stars because the lady at check in on 7/19 around 5:00 am was very polite and the hotel location was convenient for us. On the other hand, this hotel needs improvement. The remote to our TV was busted so we had a hard time changing channels. Once we unplugged the Tv and plugged it back in as the lady at the desk instructed, we was able to use it. The carpet in our room was DISGUSTING! It needs to be replaced all together. There was stains and some kind of large burn hole in the carpet. In addition, there was no room service our entire stay. Our room did not get cleaned at all. The beds were not too bad but the the blanket was a small itchy brown throw blanket . Next issue was the fire alarms going off at night. We had to leave out the next morning (14 hour drive) so it really was bothersome to deal with. We rushed out of bed and then the alarm went off. We called down and the lady said there is no fire with no further explanation. This happened 3 TIMES. My mother called down to find out what was going on but she kept hanging up in my mother’s face. We went down stairs to see what is happening and she did not come to the counter at all to answer our questions. We ended up calling the fire department to report the situation of the fire alarms going off. The next morning at check out on 7/21 it was still the same lady at the counter who hung up in my mothers face. She didn’t bother to ask how our stay was or anything. She just took our cards and said “okay you are all set”. Lastly the coffee that morning was cold and bitter. I came here on a business trip with my staff and family and regret picking this hotel for us. Overall I am pretty dissatisfied with our stay here and will not be coming back.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Nothing special about it for a 8.8 star review. And to top it off, they have a security cameras outside their building watching their facility or their parking lots. Thieves scope their parking lot out to steal your vehicles knowing they have no security cameras. It’s almost like the hotel is in on it for the simple fact that it’s happened multiple times a year and they have no signs stating that there is no surveillance and that they aren’t liable or willing to help you if it were you that had to possessions stolen. So I guess they are right where they should be, in Vegas cause it’s more than a gamble to stay at this ghetto hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could for the lack of sympathy and help that the boss and employees are willing to do for a customer at their location. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

I have never been so comfortable in a hotel. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Friendly and helps staff. Looking forward to returning.

I have stayed at the My Place Hotel on Craig rd In North Las Vegas multiple times. The front desk staff is allways friendly, respectful and professional. I want to give a shout out to Ms Christy @ the front desk who allways goes the extra mile to accommodate me if I need something. The hotel is very lucky to have an employee with her customer service skills on board, she has been one of the reasons I keep coming back as she was my first contact when I started staying hear when traveling. Thank you all your amazing :). Rooms have always been clean and amenities working. Always quiet and peaceful as well.

Just left from EDC weekend and this was the best hotel I've stayed at so far! I was first booked at single bed but upgraded to a 2 bed for a reasonable price.. shoutout to ANA! She was wonderful throughout our whole stay! The rooms also came with their own little kitchen with a full size fridge. Everything was very clean and they have a section in the lobby where they sell necessaries and food! Definitely will book here again for the next EDC I attend!

Room was very clean and have everything you need to rest. I saw comment about dirty carpet which isn't really the case for me however I always bring a flip flop with me when sleeping at a hotel just convenience. There is a bit of a cleaning agent smell which i dont like but its like this mostly every place.

I travel for winter & summer work. I'm here in Vegas for 3 mos (company booked my room). Kitchenette has no pots/pans, no oven & only small burner works. They only clean rms 1x/wk, employees are mostly friendly.
I saw the moon b/c of fire alarm.
