Establishment is good, been here twice in last 2 months when I'm in the area. Hours are convenient, always have juice and flavors and if they don't have it they will get it for you. The 2 dudes who work here are always awesome, the girl working here could use an attitude adjustment, she's always snarky for some reason. But other than that this place is great!

NEVER COMING BACK. This is a store that I frequent regularly. Recently I purchased a torch that was defective. After returning to the store with my receipt in the hopes of exchanging the torch, I was told I would be unable to exchange the item and at best they could offer me 30% off a new purchase. After expressing my frustrations I was told by the cashier "that's the cost of business and you could take your business elsewhere."
I advise anyone who is making a major purchase to avoid this shop.

Don't go here, read the reviews still took a chance whole fire crew walked to the smoke shop from our hotel to restock our Tobacco and closed which it says open until midnight wrong definitely need to update there hours online. Should if listen to the multiple reviews saying they are never open.

Good selection, good prices. When they are open. On my way to work it's 10:30 on Sunday, the hours show they should be open and the sign on the door is flipped to the "open" side as well. Three other potential customers arrived then left frustrated and disappointed in the 15 minutes I've been waiting. The hours are what they are, but please update them. More people have arrived to find the door locked in just the time it took me to write this, lights are out and there appears to be nobody inside.

Beautiful shop, has practically everything you need for any of your smoking or burning needs. I also couldn't believe how reasonably the prices are. The customer service was perfect and awesome. Had a conversation about the displayed gravity bong. There's so much good stuff here, wish I could take one of all.

A friend of mine really needed to get some sort of oil-burning lamp or something late at night, and I was driving him around trying to find a place that was still open. Only smoke shops at that hour, as I don't believe that hardware stores any longer carry the miniature sort of one he was describing to me.
We finally came to Mr.Smokeshop, which was still open when it was supposed to be open, unlike the others who closed early, until 11:00 p.m.
The fellow inside was very obliging to us, even though we were his last customers and he was about to close. He also gave my pal a good deal of a discount on my his ultimate final choice of lamp(?) I don't understand it burns oil, but anyway he got a great discount on it and was a very friendly guy so I said I would come back and see about some pipe tobacco in the future and he simply smiled and laughed a friendly laugh.
Very nice fellow, and an IMMACULATELY CLEAN and fresh-smelling shop. I should really have said that first. Clean, well lit, all items were attractively presented, and, for having basically like 50,000 items available all within eyesight, somehow it does not look cluttered.
Hey dude, Mr. shopkeep, I can't recall your name, I just remember you were very very pale and white and had very very black eyebrows and hair, but thank you for your excellent service, and it is my hope that others will heed this review--if only enough to patronize your business and see for themselves!

I dont know much about cigars so I was about to get an 10 dollars one but when I was at check out the owner ask me if I was looking for a specific cigar and he recommended me KUBA DELUXE I’m smoking it right now so far it’s good I like it I will be coming back soon for more recommendations thank you and it’s also well organized ,clean ,chill and a lot of variety
