The staff is so helpful and friendly at Mr. Burch. They did a fantastic job helping us pick out tuxes for my upcoming wedding. I would highly recommend utilizing their services for wedding rentals or for any other formal event!

save yourself the trouble & go to men’s warehouse or the thrift store or literally anywhere else. i truly wish we had just gone with another company & i don’t think i can put into words exactly how angry & upset this entire experience made me. these people have caused me so much anxiety during the planning process for my wedding. first, they told my dad at his fitting that our groomsmen had 2 days to get measured for their suits. they get there after i had a breakdown from stress & they find out they still had 2 weeks. i called to see if they had a certain size & style of suit for our ring bearer, they said yes, i said my bridesmaid would pick it up the next day. she gets there & it’s not there, she has to pick it up the next day. she picks it up, its the WRONG COLOR & STYLE. my now husband & his groomsmen go to pick up their suits & they don’t fit right at all, they tell us they’ll have to pick up another one THE DAY BEFORE our wedding. genuinely insane how bad this place is at communication. it can’t be this hard to get the right suits when you take measurements weeks or months in advance. i’m so glad i will never have to use them again. the suits are nice but you will be in for a huge headache.

Mr. Burch is the best place ever!! Please go here for any tuxes you need! We went to them on Thursday, after Mens Wearhouse messed up our entire bridal parties tuxes, and wouldn’t get new ones in until Friday or help us at all. The lady(Deedee) that helped was exceptional and made us feel at ease, after having been very stressed out from the other issues. She sized all of our groomsmen, and got their tuxes in on Friday. We went to pick up and almost everything fit to a T! They had to make a few adjustments to the sleeves on the jackets, and had to swap one jacket size, but they had much better customer service than Men’s wearhouse, and the tuxes were much better quality!! They also tailored the tuxes on the spot for us! We could not have been happier with the tuxes we got from Mr. Burch, and the excellent customer service!! They without a doubt saved our wedding!!

I went in to get my measurements early along with the rest of our wedding party. Every single one of us had to get some type of revision, and the shirt I received was far too tight. The folks operating this business are nice at times, but DD could not accept fault for any mistakes. Its a real shame, as we were stuck with working with them. We all kept hearing some yarn about how she has 3 sons and things always fit them.... ok?

Do yourself a favor and use a different service that is easier, cheaper, and with better customer service. You would think after decades in business they'd have this process ironed out, but that is clearly not the case.

Overall an okay experience. The customer service was fine, but most of the groomsmens measurements were off which made for a frustrating day for those in the wedding.

They took my measurements two weeks prior to my cousin’s wedding. The jacket they gave me was too small, the vest was so small it was four inches from being able to be buttoned, the shirt was too big, and the pants were too short. The jacket i tried on two weeks prior was a perfect fit and I watched the lady write down the correct size. Do yourself a favor and just buy a tux for $300 instead of spending $200 to rent a cheap tux from Mr Burch. They offered no refund and they were not apologetic.
