I've been bringing my cars here for 7+ years and the service is always EXCELLENT. Today I brought my car in because the "check engine " light was on (urg). I was immediately treated by Juan Agustin who was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. He said they can run the diagnostic right now and will let me know. I had a seat and 20 minutes later received a call from Jonathan Wright I giggled and told him I was in the waiting room. He laughed and said I thought that was you but didn't want to assume. Jonathan can in greeted me explained what needed to be done and also some recommended repairs. I didn't feel pressured or intimated by Jonathan and the prices were fair (I did my research). I approved the repair for the check engine light + back brake pads (I've had my car for 10 years and never did brakes). Jonathan also took me out to my car (with safety 1st) and showed me the wear on my brakes...who does this he went above and beyond). Jonathan said my car would be ready in 2 hours so I just took a walk. My car was ready in 1.5 hours. THANK YOU JUAN AND JONATHAN for EXCELLENT SERVICE 10++++. CUSTOMER 4 LIFE

The staff at Mountain View Tire & Auto Service is always pleasant, friendly & I am greeted with a smile. I can count on them to be honest regarding what service is needed or recommended. They always perform a good job on my car. I've gone to them for years.

If they had a 5star review (which they deserve) I would consider burying this in the 1 because that's where I go first for my reviews. (Did you know they do more than just tires?!)

Adrian and Daniel (in alphabetical order because they are both great) provided me ABOVE AVERAGE customer service.

Daniel took my hard start to my day and set it back on track with a quick sourcing of my tire and great advice to get warranty coverage at another provider. I still bought a tire because they made it so easy!

Then, Adrian finished my day off with a positive note by carefully wrapping my extra tire in plastic to keep my car less dirty

The service/general/regional manager should commend these gentlemen for their personalized, professional work. I will never shop anywhere else in Lakewood for tires, and will refer anyone to this excellent place. Thank y'all!!

The staff was extremely polite and professional. They assisted my wife in choosing the right tires for our daughter's vehicle. The staff did not attempt to sell us services that were not needed at that time.

Additionally, the staff price matches our estimate from Costco. The tire warranty and roadside service were superior to other companies.

Had a terrible and frustrating experience at mountain view tire in lakewood and suffice to say we will NOT be coming back again. Would give zero stars if I could. We went in 2 days ago to replace all 4 tires of my car, Bruce the manager ordered them and said they’ll have them installed the following day. During the tire installation they called to let us know they had to do tire alignment which we agreed to do since the car was already there and that it would be an extra $130 on top of the tires and labor. Later when we picked it up, we checked the tires and all 4 wheels were scratched on the rim. We asked the assistant manager Daniel to take a look and give us a solution since the manager Bruce was off that day. He right away denied they had done anything wrong and said it was curb rash from before we brought it in because the scratched looked dirty, and that there’s no way his employees or the machine could have done that. The rims were all dirty from the lubricants and oils that they didn’t clean. Mind you, my husband had brought his tesla to have a flat tire replaced a few months ago and they also scratched his rim in the same places and pattern as mine. On that occasion Bruce the manager owned up to their mistake and had it fixed for him at no extra cost, which is why we decided to come back and have them replace my tires. We appreciated their honesty and owning up to their faults back then and trusted that they would do a good job and keep the good customer service, but boy were we wrong.
Daniel took some quick photos and said he would let Bruce know and ask if he could have the rim guy check it out another day because he had another client with some scratches too and had to coordinate, but that it was not their fault and he wouldn’t admit to any wrong doing. We asked for something in writing because we weren’t comfortable leaving and then have him change the story or continue blaming it on us. At that point he was being a little condescending and kept on saying his guy didn’t do anything wrong, and that there was a possibility that maybe the machine did it, but most likely wasn’t the case, and that the next day Bruce would be there to go over this with him. We go back there today, Daniel isn’t there, and Bruce checks them out and starts giving us the same speech as Daniel. Their reasoning was: the scratches have dirt, so they were like this before we changed the tires. We showed him a big dent with ‘no dirt’ that was not there before and would continue to say they didn’t do it. We told him about the tesla and he remembered but said his opinion in this case was different and that there’s nothing he can do and he doesn’t think the alignment machine did it either. We were extremely upset and frustrated and he told us we could contact customer support by phone or email because they’re a big corporation and that he didn’t know how they can help us, but that’s the only solution. He then had an employee clean the lubricants and dirt they hadn’t clean the day prior and that guy was also acting defensive and condescending AF and was asking if I wanted to see his car and how his curb rash resembled the scratches on my wheels. After he cleaned the lubricants we found more dents, one in particular coming from inside the wheel. We showed Bruce and all he could offer was to ask his rim guy to give us the same price to fix it as he would get, but we would have to pay to get it fixed. We’re extremely disappointed and upset. All 4 rims are scratched and they were not like this before. Before we left, my husband showed him a photo he had from the car before we took it in, and even then he said there’s nothing he can do. Please do better, having rims scratched because of carelessness or any other reason and then denying you did it is not ok.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now, I think! Since we moved to Long Beach! Found them on Yelp and called in and came in and met Bruce, Daniel, Adrian, the team. Amazing, hard workers! Honest! I value honesty! So I tell everyone about them. I might not live close but I’ll make the drive to come here because I’m loyal.
Love you guys! Thanks for taking care of both of my Jeeps! (My old Patriot and my new Gladiator)

Mountain View Tires & Auto Service is one of the most knowledgable, professional, and courteous auto repair shops in Lakewood. The work is done quickly and with little hassle with recommendations for that should be done. The staff is always friendly and does their best to mitigate repair costs as much as possible. I recommend this place to friends and family for the majority because I have a significant level of trust for the work done.

Have brought several of my cars here over the years. Great place to go for diagnostics on your car.. a bit pricey for repairs but the guys are all super knowledgeable and helpful here. Would definitely recommend.
