Very weird experience. Went in the store to look at shoes. Lady hovered over me while trying the shoes on, as I was leaving the store the an older man thought I was stealing some jeans that I had came in the door with. That part was a little humorous, because why would I be that dumb? Maybe they’ve had a lot of theft though and that’s why everyone hovered? I think overall, they need to relax a little bit in this store because the way they acted is what discouraged me from buying anything there, I bought some shorts from there last year that I really like but I definitely will not go back in this store at the mall. Would try a different location.

They offer a year warranty on shoes 5 months into it will not even honor the warranty that they give you for one year. Against manufacturer defects, this will be the second pair of shoes I've returned or wanted to return for the same issue.

Galleria Mountain High was well stocked, very organized and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is very large and had a huge selection of men, women and children’s sizes. Everything in the store was marked making it easy to find prices and sizes. Will definitely be shopping at galleria location more often.

You’d think with the pricing being so high they’d be trying to peddle their stuff out the door. Unfortunately this isn’t the case. Couldn’t get help to find a shoe size we needed for the life of us. Two young workers talking and purposely turned their backs to us so we didn’t make any more eye contact. Lost out on a sale. Taking our business elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great store with a great selection of outdoor wear. They have good prices on Patagonia and all other clothes. The customer service was excellent! The man went out of his way to be really helpful! The store is located in the Galleria so it's convenient.

Jeff, one of the owners, helped me with a pair of Costas. He was very patient and friendly through the entire process. I didn’t even know he was the owner until after he got done helping me. I will definitely continue to shop at this store because of the customer service. If the owner presents this type of customer service then I know that he is instilling this in his employees. Great experience!!!
