Mountain Elegance came to our rescue when it seemed that the pandemic hoped to leave us for months without furniture and linens!!! We are so fortunate to have stopped in on our way through Cle Elum! We recently built a home in Lake Chelan and had the pleasure of working with both Tina and Anna. They were both so amazing, sweet, responsive and helpful! Anna worked tirelessly through Mountain Elegance's many amazing vendors to find us all the right pieces for our new vacation home. Since we do not live nearby, she sent us spreadsheets with photos, prices and product links for our review. Our items actually came in in such a timely manner, that they were able to store them until all had arrived, and then arranged delivery to Chelan with their delivery team. Even the delivery team was fantastic and communicative. They were on time, efficient, and "gentle" with our new home and furnishings. To say the entire Mountain Elegance team went above and beyond for us, is an understatement... and always with a smile on their face (or in their voice), and a contagious positive attitude! They have furniture to match any aesthetic, so be sure to peruse their in-store inventory, as well as inquire about even more! I will 10 out of 10 work with this amazing group again! PS. The most comfortable sheets and pillows I've ever slept on... BUY THEM!!!

We were lucky enough to work with Tina the owner and she was amazing. She was super helpful picking out furniture for our home and gave us great ideas. I highly recommend going in and seeing the store. They have beautiful furniture.

Quality furniture is hard to come by these days! When I went into Mountain Elegance, I imagined a much smaller showroom. From a huge downstairs to realizing it had an entire upstairs, I fell in love with several pieces. People, if you need a couch, going cheap leaves you with broken down cushions and uncomfortable support! I bought a king hickory couch and am beyond pleased! Tina and her staff went above and beyond to helping me find all that I was looking for! Not to mention the cutest wall clock, coat rack and some outdoor chairs! Their delivery staff was kind and came prepared with all safety measures for COVID. If you are in the market for beautiful quality furniture and home decor, make it your first stop!

Wow- is this a gem or what. Recently decided to visit some friends that have a second home in Wapato. Passed this on the drive there and decided to stop in and boy are we so glad we did. What a beautiful store and just the friendliest staff. We really have no need for new furniture but couldn't resist some of their pieces. Definitely a must do if you're in the area!
