When I entered the office to check in, it smelled wonderful. The candle they had going was exceptional. I still need to find out what it was. The desk clerk was very nice. My room isn't the best but it is not too bad at all. It's just basic which is fine. My pets are allowed here no problem and no deposit. I'm not certain why there are bad reviews it's not like this is the Ritz or Waldorf hotels lol. I am secure and safe and have no plans on changing locations. If you are looking for a little less expensive place to stay this is just fine. There are quite a few stores around and fast food. Thank you management for putting the candle in the office it was amazing.

There is nothing in the rooms. It's not worth the money at all. The front office people have always been very rude. There's always people standing outside other people's rooms trying to look in the other person's room. They normally do not have hotel amenities like shampoo, or soap. The curtains are always too small for the window. It's not a good idea to put the room mirror right by the door. Because people can see right through the window and see the mirror which then they can see what's going on in the side where the bed/beds are. No privacy whatsoever. No breakfast at all. And when I asked for a fork or even a plastic knife to stir my hot meal that I had just pulled out of the microwave in the lobby, the front desk lady was going to check until some other employee told her," she don't need no knife or fork, don't even bother getting one, just tell her we don't have any." What is wrong with the customer service here.? Do they honestly think I'm deaf and blind. Well I'm not. I will never give any friends or family a recommendation for this place. In fact I will tell them that this is not a place that they want to stay. Where's all the money going, cuz it sure isn't going on making this place any better. Someone needs to check the drawers of the employees and even the managers. Just saying

First thing when coming to check-in, Angie was so friendly in a clean lobby which smells good too. We have had a really difficult few days and automatically felt comforted when I arrived. She had a very welcoming smile - such a breath of fresh air!!

The front desk personnel were unpleasant. Got a non smoking room. The room was filthy, smelled of cheap perfume and smoke. Had loud music and voices and banging noises all night long until around 3 in the morning. Had to get up around 5 that morning to return the rental car and make it to the airport for an early flight. Did not get sleep. Did not feel safe, and didn't feel clean and refreshed going to the airport to board my flight home. Do not stay here for the location. It's a terrible part of town. And the Motel is absolutely disgusting. All the good reviews must be a joke! Probably friends and family if staff members who work there. Will never stay at a motel 6 again. And will share my terrible experience with fellow traveler's . And if you are traveling with kids. Do not take them to this motel, it is very unsafe. Alot of shady people staying there and filthy.

This airport location is the worst! Because despite I left instructions online that I don't smoke so I need a clean fresh room when I got there my room was stink with that disgusting cigarettes smell, so people just don't respect people wishes! Why left the word (option) Instruction ) wile checking in online if you're not going to honor people request? This is crap and I was so disappointed when that girl told me she would refund my money without checking into the system for another clean room! I even asked the girl If she needed my license plate number and she said no that's fine but I was saying to myself if they ever toe my vehicle it would be a pleasure sueing this company because I had her on my recorder after she mentioned about refund...

You get what you pay for and given this was the most reasonably priced chain motel in the area, the room/property condition and the level of service provided by the housekeeping and front office staff was far higher than expected. I have stayed here nearly three full weeks and have had a peaceful and relaxing experience at a great value for the area. This is a quick 15 min drive from the airport and due to its placement before the highway entrance it is just as fast and easy to access as all of the hotels on airport row, only costs 40% less.

We have stayed at motel 6 locations all over the nation. This by far was one of our best days! Very rooms, great location, and great service! We will be going back on our next trip to the Denver Metro. My literal only complaint is there was no fridge in my room.

Room had flickering lights,door difficult to open and close,staff was non helpful had my motorcycle towed after I was in an accident and then couldn't even tell me why it was towed to begin with and upon request for refund or additional accommodations due to poor room conditions and inconvenience of the bike getting towed we were very rudely ignored and forced to leave with no transportation,no money and no answers from management...the. Called corporate and have still not received any sort of refund for the 3 days we spent there while I recovered from motorcycle accident...
