Everyone at the dealership was respectful and genuinely helpful, this was not a "high-pressure" push to sell which was nice.

The Deal - 3
I think it is very hard to get a "good" deal on a new car - we wanted used, but bought new because of interest rates. My issue here is the price on the website does not reflect the 'dealer installed accessories' - these added $3,985 to the price and I was unable to get a discount on that price.

Finance - 4
They have a great network of connections to local credit unions and banks. I checked rates and what I could get prior and they were able to get me better terms. The only reason not a 5 is that it is 4 days post sale and I still haven't received my finance paperwork.

Delivery state of the vehicle - 2
They took the car to clean and prep it for delivery. When we came out to it, the temporary plates were not on it, and the sales rep. had issues getting the front one on as the bolts were too tight. Why make a sales rep. do this in the sun? I ended up just taking the front one home and putting it on myself. The tires were 15 psi over-inflated - I can't understand why they couldn't take just 5 min. and set them correctly. They were "cold". But by far the biggest disappointment was the dealer installed accessories - $1,495 "3M edge and cup guards". All of the cup guards on the car have massive air bubbles under them and were not installed correctly. I tried a little heat and pushing the bubbles out, but they truly are installed wrong. I'm reluctant to take it back for correction because if they didn't care enough to do it right the first go around how much damage would be done removing and putting new ones on?

It has been 4 days since purchase and no courtesy call, email or any communication of any kind. What happened to "service begins after the sale?"

Would I recommend Mossy Lemon Grove? If you do your homework and set your expectations, yes.

This is my second car purchase from this dealer. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealer and literally about 1 minute away from a different Honda dealer. I came back here for 1 reason, Alex Lopez. He’s just a good guy, not your typical salesman. I really like dealing with him and he puts up with all my craziness.
I loved my ‘22 Accord hybrid, but having a black car was getting old, no heated seats was a bummer and a few other minor things made me want to upgrade to a higher trim level ‘24 Accord hybrid.
My wife is 8 months pregnant and the last place she wanted to be was at a car dealer. But Alex and the whole team was very accommodating and did their best to make a long process go as quickly as they could. We both appreciate that.
Also a thank you to Robert Becerra in finance. He also helped move things along the best he could. He was also one of the least pushy finance managers I’ve dealt with. We all know what it’s like in that office pushing a bunch of extras.
He wasn’t pushy at all. Great experience.
My trade was paid off within a week. Also greatly appreciated.

The BEST dealership! We had gone to two different Honda locations in the past, and this is by far our favorite. My husband and I went there on Saturday to go look at the Honda and we had the pleasure to have Daniel assist us on what would work best for our family. He was super easy to talk to, and we never felt pressured. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Our sales representative Joseph was great. He was patient and very informative. He took his time explaining the features in the car and helped me decide on which car I wanted. He was very honest and worked hard to get us the deal we were looking for. They offered the best deal out of all dealers I had spoken to. I took off a few stars because we had issues after purchasing the car. We did not notice the car had a scratch because it was dark and raining so our fault. But the scratch was there when we got home. The GM refused to help or cover the damages.
