This flower shop was a referral by a mortuary and cemetery director for floral arrangements. I am very disappointed about the service and how the staff repeatedly making excuses of difficulty of accommodating customers. The amount of purchasing exceeds $4000 but the lack of professionalism and customer service pushes us to look for better florist shop down the street. Will not come back for any floral needs in the future.

Wife’s birthday was coming up so I went to their website and picked a nice bouquet. It was just before the weekend and sometime during the weekend I received an email from them saying that they would not have the flowers needed for that bouquet for a few days due to supply chain issues. They offered to make a lovely bouquet with roses and I said go ahead. I was very pleased with the end result because my wife was very pleased. They delivered a beautiful bouquet of yellow and red roses, and in the morning timeframe I wanted (we were going out in the afternoon). I think they did a wonderful job and I will use them again for the next special event.

My family from Iowa sent me the most beautiful orchid arrangement I have ever seen! I asked my sister which florist she used , so that I could post a glowing review and she said Morningside Florist. I live in El Dorado Hills, so that was a pretty far drive for the delivery man to make. I appreciate the integrity of this florist. Since my sister is in Iowa, she basically placed this order on faith and hoped the arrangement would turn out beautiful. I was actually overcome with emotion when I saw the delivery man place the floral arrangement and box of truffles on my front porch! Thank you Morningside Florist for your beautiful work. I was originally supposed to get married at Carmel-By-The-Sea, but due to COVID, our wedding was canceled. We were lucky enough to have a quick ceremony at a friend's backyard. I called Morningside Florist a month before my wedding. I received the most beautiful flowers imaginable. Everything I ordered was perfect. Everyone was so very helpful and all the flowers made my ceremony so beautiful and elegant. I'm so grateful for Morningside Florist.

What a treat to receive this Absolutely gorgeous bouquet! Every flower was perfect. The Colors are so vibrant. I am loving it! It’s an amazing variety… Delphinium, gladiolas, roses and gerbera daisies of different colors , small orchids, huge lilies, and some I don’t know.

6 days later it is still gorgeous. Not one flower has dropped from this 34” high arrangement!

The arrangement we ordered for my grandparents in Granite Bay, California was even more beautiful in person than it was in the picture that we selected it from. The woman on the phone who took our order was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The arrangement was delivered on time and it made my grandparents very happy. My daughter works at a school and I wanted flowers delivered for her birthday. Because it's a school they had to be delivered by 2pm. I chose Morningside because I wanted a local to her campus florist without going through something like 1-800-flowers. I've ordered flowers many times and had experiences where what you order shows up looking completely different, and terrible. Morningside was a refreshing difference. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered on time, the bouquet was even more beautiful than the picture online.
