We come into Moon Lady while on Thanksgiving break and have not missed a black Friday event in years. We live in the Central Valley and order from website a couple times a year as well. Exceptional Customer Service UGG Tassman Found! I was on a desperate hunt for the UGG Tassman in size 5 for my wife, and after days of fruitless searching, I was about to give up. This store was a lifesaver! They not only had the boots in stock but also expedited the shipping and included complimentary gift wrapping, all while I was located 8 states away. My nephew wanted these Birkenstocks and he wears a large size. Shop Moon Lady had them in larger sizes and shipped immediately that day. Had the shoes in less than a week and for a great price. Also answers email questions super quick and we got to support a small business.

I went shopping during the black friday sale and was able to check off my middle daughters Christmas gift this year locally! The employees were great but the owners comment to me at check out about "you should put your baby in a stroller." ruined the shopping experience for me today. I'm sorry my walking 11 month old being in the store appeared to be an inconvenience for her.
