Terrible, never coming back here. $140 for an oil change and tire rotation. Only one person in the entire operation answering the phone and servicing the vehicles. He then essentially was not honest when he said 30-45 mins tops. It took more than 90 minutes because he didn’t have the filter on hand and had to have it delivered, but did not let us know this beforehand. Therefore the vehicle was stuck on the stand essentially with no options while waiting for the filter to arrive. Just be honest with your customers!

TERRIBLE. They broke oil filter cover ($150 to replace) and did not tighten drain plug. Lost 3 of 5 quarts of oil on highway before we realized it. Also, we went there due to offer of free tire rotation which they didn’t do. This was Haverhill MA shop. We stopped at CT shop and they were very helpful and tightened plug, and added oil

I’ve never wrote a review in my entire life but for some reason I felt this was necessary. This place has the absolute worst service of any establishment I’ve ever been too. I’ve scheduled three different appointments to get an alignment done with these people. The first time they told me they couldn’t do it unless they replaced my lower control arms and all four tires and then quoted me with a price of 2 grand. Mind you I bought the car for 4 grand. I ended up getting all the work done minus the alignment for just under $600. After getting the work done I decided to give them another shot(my mistake). I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they didn’t have a technician who could do the alignment!! How unorganized and unprofessional do you have to be to not have a technician for an appointment that was scheduled a week prior. Then I had scheduled another appointment to get it done with them thinking third time was a charm. . . I was wrong. I showed up on time for my appointment just to be told I was gonna have to wait at least an hour until they could get my car on the machine. Then why say you could do it at that time in the first place!!!! At that point I got up and told them to cancel it an walked out. This is your warning. I finally decided to call Mavis down the street and they immediately got me in with great customer service and no issues. In an area where there are a bunch of options to get work done on your vehicle, Monroe should be your last choice. I’m sure they have some good people but I don’t think the organization as a whole should even be considered a business. Absolute joke. There’s to many options on the same road to even waste you’re time at such a trashy, scummy place. If there was a negative stars option that’s what they would get.

It was my first visit and I had just had new tires put on at Tire warehouse. I wondered if I needed an alignment. They referred me to Monroe...Nick was super friendly and honest. He informed me that my alignment was near perfect. This is my new go to for car repairs. TY for having such a nice employee. He's a keeper!!
