I came across beautiful CBD Foley inspired chairs that were posted on Facebook Marketplace, new, for a price I could finally afford! Messaged about them and got an immediate response. Came to pick up and realized the location was a beautiful HUGE warehouse. I was a little early, mistakenly, but Brianna graciously and pleasantly allowed me to pick up early. The pieces and price were exactly as advertised and so they quickly !!wrapped up!! the chair and had them ready to load into the car. By the time that was done, I had already found more to purchase. 😍 Brianna was so helpful, my experience definitely made me into a repeat customer in the future. I will be back! If you’re looking for furniture similar to West Elm/CB2, you’ll find much more affordable prices here. Highly recommend.

I've purchased a bed frame and a coffee table from Modway, both of which were in solid condition and at reasonable prices! We're not looking for the top of the line furniture, just functional and nice looking pieces that can help us get started in a new apartment without breaking the bank, and Modway offers exactly that. Brianna was warm and friendly, and Francisco worked insanely fast to dissemble the bed frame so it could fit in our car trunk. We'll be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are looking for couches, chairs, tables, bar stools, coffee tables, etc. then you should take a trip to the Midway Outlet. Breanna and Carlos are such AWESOME/welcoming humans who explained how it works and were ready at all times to lend a hand.

Truly can't wait to go back later this month and had such a great experience + found such awesome deals on beautiful pieces!

I purchased the Vanity from website, and unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Due to delays in my home renovation, I only opened the package two months after delivery and was shocked to find that the vanity top was completely shattered. At the time, a plumber was scheduled to install the vanity, and it was only then that I realized the vanity top was unusable. Not only could the installation not be completed, but I also had to pay the plumber's travel fee for a job that couldn't be finished.

When I reached out to the seller they told me to contact the manufacturer, Modway, as the product was covered under a 1-year warranty. I then contacted Modway, the manufacturer, to inquire about the warranty and whether it would cover the broken vanity top. Their response was completely unhelpful – they claimed that they could not determine who was at fault or when the damage occurred, and they refused to take responsibility. There was no clarification about what exactly the warranty covers, and they offered no solution.

This entire process has been extremely stressful and frustrating. I feel like I’ve been left with a broken product and no support from either the seller or the manufacturer. If you receive a damaged vanity, there seems to be no way to get compensated or replaced, so I would highly recommend thinking twice before purchasing the product from Modway.

The experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied, and I would advise anyone considering this product to be very cautious. I truly regret this purchase.
