The food was great! I love how they give you recipes for the sauce bar. This place is very different than what I'm accustomed to as far as restaurants are concerned. If you want to try something different, definitely go here!

My first visit to this restaurant, Zu Pot, was not when it first opened. Since then, they changed the layout a little which made it more doable. And oh my goodness the infectious cheeryness of the staff. And the food was excellent. These soups that you tailor to your own liking are quite exquisite.

There's not a whole lot left of this Mission Square. Lots of the stores are closed at the end is a bank & the Wienerschnitzel. We use to go all the time & we quit for reasons I don't need to mention. Recently we were driving by so we stopped. The store had been cleaned up & the food had improved tremendously. So now we go a least every other week. Try there ice cream products. Ymmm! 😛

About 1/3 of the businesses that could be there aren't. They are emptied spaces. So it looks kind of dead from the street as you approach, however the businesses that kept there doors open liven up the area well.. iv had nothing but good experiences from all the business owners/ employees.
