Great after the sale service. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Review update! 15 months after my tractor purchase, this company still offers great after the sale service. They go way above and beyond. If you're a new Tractor buyer like I was, this is the place to buy. They will be there for you even 15 months after the purchase. 5 Stars!

Review update after 3 1/2 years. This company really came through for me with a mechanical problem after 3 1/2 years. They still take care of their customers. The 5 year drive train warranty does work. Thanks Midwest. 5 Stars after 3 1/2 years.

I highly recommend them! My old Massey was too expensive to repair and Jeff in the shop took great care of explaining and working with me the best he could. Zane in sales did a fantastic job. Got me exactly what I wanted and I never felt pressured at all. Everyone was very responsive to questions and happy to answer them. They have gained a life time customer!

I would highly recommend Midwest Equipment in Green Forest, Arkansas for your next tractor purchase. Mike Harter in Sales made the transaction of the tractor purchase simple, easy and convenient. He even brought the paperwork to me an hour away to sign. My tractor was full of fuel when I received it which I thought was very customer friendly and brought to me in a timely manner. When dealing with their service department, Dillon and the crew made it seem as a priority to get me up and running in a prompt manner and even came to the farm for maintenance. I love the hometown feel of Midwest Equipment knowing that the owners are in tune with what is exactly going on for me the customer. Thanks Midwest Equipment, you guys were first class!

The absolute worst service department I ever witnessed. Jeff was not very nice to work with.brought the tractor back only partly repaired. No paperwork for repairs until I asked then he made up an inflated invoice. Didn't fill with hydraulic fluid, no diesel fuel but gauge read full. Parts put on crooked. I mentioned quite a few things to him and he said he didn't notice them, isn't that his job. Some parts aren't even for my tractor. The headlight bezel was crooked and not installed properly. Left oil all over side of engine. Didn't want to see the pics I took of the problems. I will find a new service department from now on. Very unhappy customer...

A joke. Ordered ignition switch a week ago. Sit there for 20minutes at the counter waiting. Apparently there was only one person working there on a Friday afternoon. Part still wasn't there. Came home looked one up on line, ordered for 1/2 the price Midwest was gonna charge me... It will be here Monday. We have 3 M.F. tractors but I will never go back to Midwest equipment for parts or anything else ever
