The sales team at this establishment is outstanding—they’re knowledgeable, helpful, and provide great service. However, the experience at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk staff seem more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. Despite a full store, it took them an excessive 15 minutes just to process the billing for six products. Their lack of urgency and attention to customer needs creates a frustrating experience, especially when the store is busy. When asked upon if the discount was applied, the person got really rude and it felt racist.
Improving friendly/ positive behaviour and focus on customers could make the entire experience as good as the interaction with the sales team. Can’t believe a company like MK has this kind of immature staff.

Very poor experience at the cashiers, don’t want to mention the lady’s name, purchased 4 items and asking for an extra shopping bag because one item will be a gift to someone where they told they are short on bags and denied the request, asked if I go with separate transactions you’ll need to to provide bags is that true? Answered yes then I said can you please just offer me an extra bag, finally and very unwillingly the lady offered a paper bag and the following up customer experience is extremely awful, the lady basically won’t say a single extra word to us, we waited there for couple mins waiting for completing the purchase she just basically standing there looking upon at us, I at the end have to ask “are we done?” Just got a very cold reply “receipt is already in your bag”. This is how you are ruining your brand MK
Update: call the shop and spoke with the site manager who basically has the same attitude, that may explain why their crew are so rude, I’m done with this place and recommend other shoppers to be aware

Very disappoint shopping experiences regarding the treatment received at MK store in the Livermore Outlet. The behavior of the staff during my visit was not only unprofessional but also demonstrated clear signs of discrimination and dishonesty.

When we attempted to use Alipay for payment, was falsely told that it was not accepted in the store. But there is a sign on the window clearly indicating Alipay is an available payment method. Asked about it and they changed their story, saying that the Alipay system was "broken." Gave up and was about to use credit card to check out. However, refused again to provide additional shopping bags. When we inquired if separate transactions would allow for an additional bag, was given another absurd excuse--"each person is only allowed to shop at MK store ONCE PER DAY"! This was both ridiculous and insulting. The entire interaction felt like an exercise in discouraging people from shopping with a lack of respect and fairness toward customers. Strongly urge your company to investigate this incident, retrain staff, and implement policies to ensure all customers are treated equally!!!

I want to give 0 stars to this store. The store did not return a bag/purse when the leather used had a tear within 2 months of using the bag. Worst experience. Such cheap product. Did not even offer to replace. We were regular customers of this store. Had around 20 bags of MK from this store and this was the first time we wanted to return something.
