Yesterday was our first visit, and the service was wonderful. My boyfriend told me to get whatever I wanted for my birthday, and they had the perfect necklace for what I was looking for. They did a custom alteration for my boyfriend’s purchase on site, and were so good to my son with Autism. He is 6 and was very interested in exploring lol. We had a great experience and now are customers for life!!!

Did you know? There’s a Boston Jewelers Building jeweler right here in town! I had a custom piece made by the gentlemen at Michael H-a local small family business spanning 4 generations and unsurpassed in service & craftsmanship. They also repaired a bracelet I’d purchased at one of the ‘chain’ stores (no pun intended, but a good one, right?) the bracelet was expensive but poorly made (note to self: if you want Lagos, just buy Lagos- expensive knockoffs are never worth it), & they seemed to take it as a personal affront that it was unsalvageable. I finally gave up, but not before they worked on it 4 different times (at no additional charge). Michael H. Jewelers is the type of small business everyone should use before they run off to a K** or J*red or any franchise store. Five stars for quality, workmanship & actual care of their customers. You’re certainly not gonna find that at any mall store.
