I'm a caregiver for Mi Via I get paid to stay and watch my love ones and Ive got very limited amount of help from the system., payroll is out of control, and they want to blame the EOR and the caregiver. These concerns can cause consequences and can be unbelievably chaotic! The job that a person gets paid for through Mi Via is not worth the stress that this job can offer, and since I'm in debt I have to swallow what threats that are said? If your looking to put your famliy on the waiver " Reconsider or Consider" what options you have and the rights being as a paid caregiver and the client you care for!
It's a shame that New Mexico can treat the disabled and those who care for them.
Then New Mexico has proven only to keep what it really stands for being a " FAILURE" !!

I've worked for Mi Via for 6 as a caregiver. I love my job and the person I take care of. What I don't like is always having issues with getting my correct pay and getting it on time. The people in charge of making the participants budget so their caregivers can get paid. I haven't got paid for the month of December 2016. I've gone through 2 pay periods and still no help getting these issues fixed so I can get paid for the hours I've worked. This company does not care about the people in the program and they definitely don't care about the caregivers. I'm in debt because of this problem and this is not the first time its happened. Vanessa and Sonia dropped the ball and they're not taking responsibility for it instead everyone is blaming each other. I did and still continue to go to work because I cant leave a disabled person alone when he needs someone to help him do everything but Mi Via doesn't care about the people their supposed to be helping.

They should be charged for violating client's rights and multiple instances of neglect. It's a mess, no one to take responsibility for late checks, payments etc. The positive reviews on here are bogus. The HSD ought to investigate Mi Via, Conduent and themselves.

I have been with his Agency for some time now. I am satisfied with them for the most part. I am especially most satisfied with my broker. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs Healthcare Management. Or financial I think. I'm not 100% about all they do. I know that there's involved with my healthcare plan, and I have been satisfied up to this point.

I worked there in 2016 for a few months. The company screwed up my pay. I also worked for an abusive client in Ranchos de Taos, NM and Mi Via also didn't do anything to defend me.

I love my client a lot but the budget is always changing and i feel like i cant depend on my check to come in on time. Being a caregiver is awesome if i can get paid right for my services

This Murphys Express you got to go inside the store to pay instead of walking up to a window, it was nice but i was in a hurry and didn't get to look around. I'll be back
