I remember the great days of the Metro center mall during the 1980s. And then I also witnessed it die during the following years. Now it is going to be reborn again into a good place like it used to be. Or that is what I hoped for at least.

I go to in n out burger every Sunday.
Love the food here, i get there when it opens, so it's not packed, within a couple hours it's packed.

Well kept property. Busy corner right off I-17 in North Phoenix with an In and Out Burger. A few variety stores and an auto repair are also here. In and Out has great security and a diverse family clientele. There is a gas station and other shopping nearby. We live in the area and support the nearby restaurants. The freeway off-ramp can be busy with cars driving a little erratic. Not recommended as an area for general walking about. I would add more stars if this was a good place to walk and shop however the street is quite busy right off the freeway and you typically pull up right to the business you want to use.

Good food! Nice staff... I gave it 4 stars because of the long lines especially when people are backed up on Peoria... bad place to have an entrance for customers to be able to enter the drive thru! My suggestion is, If In & Out could find a way to have customers enter the drive thru within the shopping plaza only, it would be great & much safer for all!

Great burgers and even better fries. Regarding the fries, they use peanut oil, and you can even ask for cheese and beef on fries

Good stores ,just "over ran" if that makes sense.... every store there always seems to have more on the floor or in the middle of the walkways than other locations throughout the area. Went into Burlington lastnight and pushing a cart was a nightmare! Merchandise just everywhere so I had to clear the pathway for almost every aisle just to go down it. it was annoying and the disarray of products definitely deterred me buying many items...found a set of clippers peeked in the box to make sure all was in there and literally they must of been bought and returned and not checked Because they had definitely been used and were still full of hair, yuck. There was no organization to any rack or shelf and a lot more empty shelves with broken or old signage. Clearance section was not even tagged with new prices and it was just really a mess overall. The people working were definitely stressed with the amount of shoppers to employees and it was unbelievably hot in there. Another issue is the in and out restaurant that is also in the plaza.... it is an extremely dangerous situation with an unbelievable amount of cars waiting to even just pull in to the line for the drive through making it totally unsafe with unnecessary waiting to pull into plaza when you not even going into the restaurant. Another thing that is extremely sad as a human is to see the amount of homeless in the area everywhere , at least 50+ all sizes shapes ams cothers we need to do better as people and find a way to help these people. Overall it's not ever going to be my go to to shop at any store in this peticular Plaza.
