I absolutely dread going to this place. I wish there were a different option in the area. I feel like if I have a question it's an inconvenience to the staff. Not all the staff just the ones working the register. I take medicine for congestive heart failure I had one prescription filled and waiting on another. No one has called to say when it will be ready or if it will be ready at all. I'd like to pick my meds up at the same time as I live 20 miles away and the only way they will deliver is if you pay cash. We don't keep cash. Maybe I'll see about switching to a pharmacy in Vegas. You shouldn't absolutely dread going to pick up life saving medication or wonder when and if your prescriptions will be filled on time.

They are good most of the time. Sometimes things get a little messed up with new vs old prescriptions, but that can also be the doctors fault.

I like that it has a UPS drop off. Just my luck, it’s great place like the other Pharmacy’s, the ones that you can get a few essentials or something cold to drink.

We recently relocated to Raton from the Albuquerque area where we were perennially frustrated with the chain pharmacies there. We have been so pleased with the service we've received at Mesa. The staff is friendly, they really listen to our concerns, and they work collegially with providers' offices to deliver prescriptions accurately and timely. We appreciate them texting to let us know orders are ready for pick up, too. Keep up the great work!

Since the merge the service is extremely slow. Have to stand in line for a while. They are now handling customers from the other pharmacy and from the surrounding communities. I believe they need two more registers to handle the flow. To be fair the prior service was great and the staff very friendly so I hope in a short time those issues will be resolved and those changes made to handle the flow of customers.
