Omar the Manager was SO helpful , and took the time to make sure we got the right one for our needs .. also We have comfort in knowing that the insurance is covering our belongings and that it doesn’t cost a fortune.. thanks again for your Great service Omar !!

Excellent service , the Manage Tom works with you and is professionally polite and respectful. I highly do recommend them , whatever you do , do not go anywhere near their competitor in Redlands call self storage , I got charged additional fees such as advertising fee of $300 ! Do come to Mentone Self Storage honest rental price !

Met with Tom @ Mentone storage who was a pleasure to work with. Was very helpful and polite. I really liked the fact that they offered the moving truck for our moving needs,This helped tremendously! Also, I noticed security cameras all around the lot & the office has multiple security screens they keep an eye on which makes me feel my storage is safer.

I met with Maria and Martin. Two of the nicest people I've met. Courteous and Professional. The facility is very clean and my 10 x 20 unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I've had family rent from this facility for years and never complained. Being highly recommended, I know now why. Thank you for everything!

I was leaving at 5:59 p.m & the gate wouldn't open,then I had to call sheriff's to come & open the gate.then they took an hour so I sat here with my new born crying because he only had one bottle because I live around the corner. So assuming I'd be fast & not knowing they lock you in at 6 p.m & the worker seen me & said hi,then really knowingly locks us in? It would be zero stars if it was a choice.
