My response to their response to this review bell is that their response was unacceptable! Iām told to email them which if the review had been read, they would have seen I contacted corporate already. I asked for a call or email back not a response telling me to email hem again! What is wrong with this company!!!
If I couldāve given my experience with the store less than one star I would have! It all started with me having to wait for about an hour for an associate to be free to help me. They had other associates in the store that definitely couldāve stepped in and helped I am sure! The sales associate was nice, but was extremely opinionated and I really donāt think I got the combination that I feel like I was wanting. I settled on something and that was that. A week later when he told me it would be ready, I waited until just after 6 PM because I never got a phone call, text, or email saying my tux was ready. I called the store and they told me that my tux was ready so I drove over thinking it would be easy. There was now only one associate handling things in that department and he was already working with someone. He grabbed mine, had me go into the fitting room to change, and was so overwhelmed trying to deal with both of us that I was kind of stuck in the corner fitting on my suit myself getting very little actual detailed attention. He even told me I really didnāt need to try everything on such as the tie or even button the vest because as he saw it, everything was fine and it really didnāt matter. I wanted to see the entire thing 100% before I left the store, so I did. The jacket was seriously wrinkled and the shirt definitely couldāve used pressing as well. The sleeves were way too long and while yes, he did say they could alter them, the first thing he said was it looks fine. I made him measure so that we can shorten the sleeves and he took everything back so that they could be altered overnight. To just add a little note about this associate, the other guy that he was working with at the same time as me, was getting fitted for his suit for his own wedding as the groom and that guy had multiple problems with the fit, and that was his pick up day. I overheard the associate tell him something about the way he had to order everything to get fixed, which would have been a little more of a hassle for the customer, but according to the associate, if they did it another way, it would look bad for the store. This is totally not something that you tell a customer because as a customer we care about one thing and that one thing is that we get taken care of for what we pay for.That was yesterday and today I did get a call to come back and grab the tux which I did. Again, walking into the store, I noticed there was a crowd so I asked how long would it be to just pick something up and go and the response was itās going to be a while. I had my dog in the car and I was rushing to go where I had to go, and this was not my fault that I had to come back to the store after pick up. I called the store this evening because I originally wanted to save myself some time to speak to someone in person today and I wasnāt able to. So when I called the store this evening, a man answered and I asked if there was a manager on duty right now and his response in a very sarcastic tone was āwe are all managersā. He asked what could he do for me so I began to tell him that I wanted to talk about my horrible experience and he stopped me immediately and said that he would have to put me on hold because he has a client in front of him and then proceeded to put me on hold for a while. I chose to hang up and go contact corporate instead then do this review. Even the experience of calling in to talk about these issues was perfectly on track with the rest of my experience. This is a horrible location with people who quite honestly do not really care about what they do and how it affects their customers.

I should have read the reviews about the customer service at this Menās Wearhouse location before I came in.
Iām getting married in May, so I called this store yesterday and talked to Dale, who was incredibly helpful. In fact, Iāve added a star only for him. He suggested I come in to find my style and to get measured rather than guessing on the website.
So today my fiancĆ©e left work early to join me. We drove 45 minutes up from Davenport. We were met with the absolute worst customer service weāve had in our entire wedding planning process.
The lady who helped us made us feel extraordinarily unwelcome, almost like we were a burden. She was clueless about their tuxedos and couldnāt seem to find the corresponding tuxedo combinations that were on their style sheet. At one point I asked her a question and she dismissively said āI donāt knowā and walked away. She literally sighed every time I asked her a question.
She had to ask the older guy who works there for some help and they both tried to convince me the jacket they had in hand was what was in the picture (it wasnāt). He was just as rude as she was.
I canāt understand what we did to deserve that kind of treatment. We were nothing but kind the entire time. Dale told me on the phone that theyād help me find the right style and fit for my body and my look, but in person I was made to feel like they wished Iād just pick something and leave. Keep in mind we were only there for 15 minutes max.
I was going to order tuxedos for my entire wedding party ā eight in total. After this experience Iāll be shopping local, which is probably what I should have done from the beginning.

We worked with Jaden to find a suit for my son, and he was wonderful! He helped us decide on the perfect fit and made the process so easy. I highly recommend asking for him.

What a joke. We came here because my husband needed to rent a BLACK tux. We walked in and there were 4 sales associates standing around with their hands in the pockets hanging out and shooting the breeze. We stood there for a few minutes until the manager got the attention of one of a young man with a candy cane hanging out of his mouth. I tell him what we needed and he starts fitting my husband for the tux. We picked out a black tux. He tried on a black tux. The young boy child āorderedā a black tux. When he went to pick it up it was in fact NOT A BLACK TUX. It doesnāt surprise me that this was such a screw up. The kid informed us that it was his last week and that he didnāt work there that long.
So my husband has to make another trip to get the tux. The next time he went to get the tux the pants were too short. Long story short we did rent the tux but I will tell you that he WILL NEVER RENT A TUX HERE OR SHOP AT THIS STORE ever again. The staff was very unprofessional. The manager was as extremely rude as I waited for my husband to try on the tux. There was no where to wait that isnāt in the way of other customers. The store looked run down with worn out furniture. All in all it was a horrible experience which I hope to never have to go through again. I hope this helps someone avoid a terrible experience as well.

Came in tonight looking for a suit jacket for my husband and no one offered to help us for a good 15 minutes. Finally a woman came over and was quickly rushing through jackets to show us and quickly pawned us over to the tailor before we even got the chance to pick a color we liked. The tailor was super sweet and helpful but the sales lady disappeared immediately so the tailor looked for another sales person to help us find what we wete looking for. And older man, Rodney, came over and seemed SO PUT OFF having to help us. He was rude and abrupt and condescending. When we asked if they had a certain jacket in a different color he said what's on the rack is what we have, no. So we just left and went next door to Macy's where we were helped immediately and found a jacket for half the price and a better fit. Save your time and skip this place.

This is such a nice Menās warehouse. The customer service from EVERYONE was amazing! Victor who was very helpful assisted me with finding a shirt and with my tie as well. I really appreciated all the help from everyone. Highly recommend this location!
