So much fun!!! She loves this store so much. It always has some of the coolest fashions including dresses, shoes and bags. See photos of just few items on 6-12-2021. We will update with more photos next time. She was so busy getting a couple pairs of shoes, 2 bags, some dresses and some over the ear pieces (check those out in the front of the store, very cool stuff). Check out all of our reviews. If we do not like it we do no review it so all of the ones you see are places that are fantastic. Follow us if you like. We had over 36 million views so far this year and we thank you for that. I went into McQueen and immediately was drawn to a few items. When I went to photograph them so I could remember, as I was just window shopping today, I was immediately told no photos allowed. I find this policy incredibly off putting for a shopping experience and rather elitist and trying to build fake exclusivity when everyone online is already ripping Sean’s collections apart. We all know!

Worst experience I've had in a luxury store. I can't believe how rude the staff was. When my friend tried to take a picture of the shoes, the employee literally shouted at us. Then, she started speaking in a mean and sarcastic tone, as if implying we couldn't afford the shoes. I will never return.

Similar to some other reviews on the website, when visiting to buy a pair of shoes on 6/30 the sales associate we met with was so incredibly rude that we decided to not buy the pair of shoes we were going to purchase; however, we decided to give the store another chance, and had an incredible experience with Nadine, she was attentive, informative, and all around a great sales associate. We were able to purchase the shoes and were much happier the second time around with our experience. Unfortunately, if we didn't already have pairs we love, we may not have come back. It was very disappointing the first time in store.

In this segment of fashion great customer service is usually a given, but the team at the SoHo McQueen store go above and beyond in my experiences.

This store exemplifies everything wrong with Kering and luxury fashion. The staff are rude, condescending, and clearly do not embody the values and ideals of Lee McQueen. Lee loved women, these people hate women. Lee loved art, these people are Philistines. After Sarah’s departure, Lee’s legacy has been fully stamped out by Seán McGirr’s complete lack of talent or even a skim of one of the richest archives in all of fashion. Grieve the loss, then spend your money with Daniel Roseberry or Thom Browne.
