What a horrible company had no problem taking our money then denied us service sat on the side of the road for hours. Explain to them prior to even giving them our credit card information just for them to take our credit card information to call us back. Tell us how they couldn’t help us, and had to refund our money hours later why we were stranded would never use this company would never recommend them to anybody else go somewhere else don’t use them

Their drivers like to ride all up on your behind! As a Class A cdl holder who drive bigger than these trucks. It is illegal to be that close to the car in front of you in a CMV!!! My daughter was driving and this truck almost hit her when she was stop legally at a stop sign by going around her in the left turn lane trying to cut in front and then this was at a stop light a mile or so away from first interaction! You drivers need to learn the law and stop trying to push other drivers out of your way cause u need to get somewhere 10 second earlier! I was unable to get the actual truck number but was headin south on 314 about 11:00 to 11:30 this morning!

Literally the shadiest ever. Been there to pick up my vehicle 3 times. Every single time someone gives a new bonehead excuse y they can't let me have it just so they can keep my brand new items and car and add more fee's. Been a month now.

Me being pregnant and my fiance recently got in an accident THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT and totalled the front end of my car and this service was not helpful at all instead of helping we completely got ripped off and were charged 400 dollars to get our crashed car back home they should be ashamed of themselves for working for a place that rips people off during their time of need.. I feel for anyone who has
experienced what we experienced or worse
