Stop during travel, planned to buy coffee… not clean, bathroom dirty, no tissue in women’s bathroom (I placed paper there), parking lot dirty, employees smoking by entrance; lobby not clean- I DID NOT ORDER ANY FOOD/DRINK, (I have video of staff looting)

Today i stopped while traveling with my team and was rudely greeted by the cashier, she then proceededs to tell me that there not going make me my drink ( frappe) They definitely can make it bc they had to make one that my teammate who purchased on the online center. My food was not cooked. I will not be coming back

Understaffed, we got told to wait by the speaker on drive thru. 10min. They never got out order number we placed online. Drove by the window to see a worker talking on cellphone while sweeping the floor. Not a care in the world about the people waiting in the drive thru line. We don’t want the food anymore but the app has no way to cancel the order!! Terrible customer service. At least 12 cars left the line because they didn’t provide any service.

Ordered breakfast through the app for table service. They put my food in a to-go bag and refused to deliver to the table I was at, even after I confronted them about table service means they are supposed to bring it out to me. Employee/Manager looked at me and said table service doesn't matter.

Just wondering WHY the milkshake machine never works ( it has been months and months, and a little sign on the menu board that says “coming soon” and today, October 8, 2024, there were no drinks available. I didn’t order anything and went to another eating establishment. Are the owners aware that the shake machine hasn’t worked in a long time?
I can’t complain about the staff. They are usually pretty friendly.

Worse SERVIC ever!! We just ordered 2 kids happy meal and when they opened their box there was no food inside! How they can forget to leave food in both of them? And the lady who was taking the order on drive through she was very slow which took too long for us to stay on the line for our empty box

Lady behind counter dismissive.

Bathroom unkempt and out of toilet paper and hand soap.

Ordered a sweet tea… they had non. Went for a coke… it was just water. One guy canceled his order and left since they took too long. Another person was given a hard time for parking their boat in the wrong spot. This place is a mess.

Just stopped in to use the bathroom and get a drink on a long road trip. The staff was slammed so I used the kiosk. This usually end with me waiting 15 minutes to get a cup and serve myself. But at this location an alert staff member saw I only needed a drink and got my cup immediately. Thank You for the Great Customer Service!!
