Ive boughten fiberglass from a-lot of different companies and the quality of the gel coat is the best in the off road industry. The fitment and the trueness of how they mount are second to none. Ive had there glass on my 2013 Toyota tacoma, my 1993 Ford ranger and my 1992 Ford explorer. Ive also installed other brands of fiberglass on friends vehicles and the edges where you mount the glass were thin, the gel coat was dull and the glass was warped. Proper mounting and gussets are always essential to getting the best fitment no matter the brand when it comes to fiberglass.

I’ve been a happy Mcneil racing customer since it was still called Perry’s fab and fiber. Over the years I’ve ordered several sets of fiberglass and everytime the quality is great! The look of McNeil glass is so much better than the competition, the proportions are perfect and you can tell that a true artist designed it.

My most recent purchase was on par with all of the previous, well packaged, great quality and fit with minimal effort. This was front and rear glass for a 94+ Ranger.

McNeil racing is the only choice for off road fiberglass in my opinion.

I would LOVE to give McNeil Racing 0 stars if possible.
(This was a long and horrible experience)

We placed an order for overstock fenders for a client's truck we're taking to SEMA this year to be unveiled at Optima Village.
"Overstock" items are McNeil Racing items that don't have a lead time since they are on-hand and already made, for whatever reason.
That's why our client chose them over competitors.

When calling McNeil Racing the 1st time about our order, a few days after placing it and not having any shipping confirmation, a guy from their sales department told me "sorry, but the order invoice was not printed out and given to me. I will grab them off the shelf right now and make sure they are shipped out today. You should get a shipping confirmation within a few hours."
I relay this information to our client.

We did NOT get a shipping confirmation email.
Instead, we got an offer by McNeil Racing, via email, that we can add another item to the order with no increased shipping charge before our order is shipped out.
I relay this information to our client.

Our client was interested in a hood McNeil Racing had listed for sale on their website, so we asked about said hood.
3 days later, we get an email response, AND I QUOTE:
"Unfortunately no. This was a one off that we used to build for the race truck. There were separate hood and scoop molds."

So now,
Not only do we STILL NOT have any shipping confirmation, but we also now have been told that an item they have listed for sale on their website is not something we can purchase, let alone add to our order.
I relay this information to our client.

3 calls and 10 days later, still nothing. We call again...
The last guy I spoke with said he would talk to his manager to get an approval for a full shipping refund since they dropped the ball on the shipping and would give me a call back in an hour.
This did not happen.

I relay this information to our client yet again.
Who now, at this point, is incredibly frustrated and says he want's to come in and have us call McNeil Racing when he gets there.
After no call-back and an hour-and-a-half later, I CALL BACK, with our client present and McNeil Racing on speaker phone.

The guy we spoke with earlier answers said he hasn't called his manager, there are "hundreds of orders ahead of yours” and it's only him there that day. He said McNeil Racing just a small mom-and-pop company and that "they aren't Amazon." He proceeds to say "you are getting discounted overstock fenders already and you should be happy with that."
EXCUSE ME?!

1.) If this was Amazon the order would've been processed and delivered by now.

And
2.) Our client, not only chose to order your fenders because they were IN-STOCK, ALREADY MADE, DID NOT HAVE A LEAD TIME, AND READY TO SHIP, but he was also proud to own a pair of fenders made by your company.

Thankfully our client was present, sitting down in our shop office, when McNeil Racing's rep said that... on speaker phone.
We decided to cancel the order and go with Fiberwerx and AFC instead. The "rep" then stated he does not have the power to cancel orders, along with giving any refunds either.

Long story short,
AVOID MCNEIL RACING.
DO. NOT. PLACE. AN. ORDER. WITH. THIS. COMPANY.

Call your bank if you have already unfortunately placed an order with McNeil Racing and get your money back.
McNeil Racing will NOT ship your order, cancel your order, or refund any money from your order.

Got a wide body for my Titan from these guys and they did an awesome job on this mold. Exactly what I ordered and spot on measurements. For sure recommend to anyone looking for a wide body.

How this company even has a 3 star rating is baffling . 4 fenders arrived, 3 damaged. Their solution, here is a 100 bucks, go buy a repair kit and fix your self. Besides months and months of delays, dozens of emails and calls with nothing but lip service....the quality is sub par. The company is crooked and they WILL take your money. Do not buy from them, look around a t other reviews online, they are real. Dont take the chance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I ordered my product on January 10th… On March 31st, I followed up because I still didn’t have it. Excuses… Gave them the opportunity by waiting…. Reached out again on April 27th just to get more excuses… FINALLY got the order on June 6th and the hood arrived damaged.
I also did not get any hood pins or any hardware packages that I paid for.. reached out twice about these problems and still have gotten no responses what so ever! I do not recommend anyone buy from here unless you want to hunt down what you pay for.

UPDATE: NOW YOU WANT TO RESOND BACK A YEAR LATER AFTER I CHANGE MY NAME A WEEK AGO BECAUSE I GOT MARRIED. WHY DIDNT YOU RESPOND THE PAST YEAR WHEN IT WAS THE CORRECT ORDER MATCHING. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Won't recomend to buy from this guys, it said 4 week and last 3 months, the superduty conversion kit dosent even fits right.
