Just want to thank Gretchen, Nina and Justin for the phenomenal service that they offered me today. Unfortunately, I drove over a screw needing an immediate tire repair. They welcome me in immediately. Justin took look at the tire and did everything they could do. help me get back on the road. Very reliable and trustworthy team I highly recommend this location.

One of my run-flats didn't run flat too well headed down 95. This store's manager (#00003) is running that place excellently and had me in and out quick w/o an appointment. The service tech did great work, quick work, and very appropriately informed me of some other work that needs to be done on my rear brakes - no upsell, it was honest and it's important for me to know. Service centers need cars to go out SAFE... if they let you out on the road with an unsafe car, they are culpable, and morally, they're letting you go endanger others.
Very satisfied with my experience.

Great shop, I brought my own new tires for install and no hesitation. I run spacers and am very particular with the details, balance etc. I’ve been building race cars and concours restoration of rare muscle cars to the highest level for years. We closed our shop and now enjoy an amazing semi-retirement here in Fernandina Beach. I need a decent tire shop and looks like I’ve found it 6 minutes from the house. Great job, appreciate Kane and the other guys having a good time at work and “gettin her done” at the same time.
