I had the most wonderful experience at Mattress Firm today! The salesman "G" (his nickname) treated me like a friend that cared and was not at all pushy to sell me just anything. I found the most comfortable mattress with adjustable. G gave me a great deal and made the paperwork quick and easy! Thank you G, your awesome!

They were lovely to me buying my first bed! I went in with $150 and was expecting a regular 5inch thick mattress. Nothing fancy, Ms. Megan and Ms. Laura I believe their names are helped me find a better bed for the same price. I am forever grateful to these ladies for my big adult purchase. I had to drive to the warehouse in riverview and even they were very communicative and friendly with helping me. I will be back when it’s time to buy again.

Darren was phenomenal and extremely patient with us. He made sure to take his time and was thorough to ensure we had the perfect set up for our needs.

We’d been to two other places with no intention of purchasing as the entire experience prior to meeting Darren was terrible. As a sales guy myself Darren didn’t have the typical aggressive approach but did a great job listening to us and made us feel heard and understood, when it came time to make a decision he asked us for our business in a way that didn’t feel pushy but made us feel like we had finally ended the dreaded search.

All and all Darren took a really bad experience and showed true salesmanship is still alive. Most companies don’t read these but if they do give this guy a shout out and a gift, make it count guys like that are hard to find, and keep nonetheless. Thanks for everything.

Darren was great! Very professional and also very knowledgeable about the products. He knew exactly what questions to ask to find me a mattress that would best suit me. I ended up purchasing a Tempur-Pedic and couldn't be happier with it. When a issue did come up with the order, he took care of it right away! If you need a new mattress, Darren is the guy to go see!
