So after too many sleepless nights, we decided to make the move to a new Mattress as well as a new type of Mattress. Being an older woman, I needed something to keep me cool. My husband, wanted something adjustable for head and feet. Charles was fantastic in taking all of our concerns into consideration (including price)and produced some great options for us. We tried out 3 beds and knew right away, the one we wanted to purchase. Charles explained why we liked it and what to expect. No pressure and a wealth of knowledge, a quality bed was ordered. Charles was outstanding took time to listen to my needs /wants then recommended the best mattress for me. He went above and beyond the sale, he even helped me load it. I had to take a picture with him. =) He was the kindess, non pushy, really listened and was extremely helpful & kind. We just purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress with adjustable base from Sharee at Mattress Firm in Lake Havasu, AZ.
Sharee informed us, on all the benefits of sleeping in an adjustable bed, and the money we would save today on Black Friday. We were looking for a much needed upgrade, so we bought the set and saved several hundred dollars.
