I had a pleasant experience at this location. After shopping for a mattress at 2 other stores i was underwhelmed with the service i had recieved. I showed up here not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised as I was helped by Daniel and he was great. He asked me my price range and showed me all my options. He was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and offered me suggestions until i found the perfect mattress for my budget. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great service!

A very smooth, easy & low-stress experience! Daniel, our sleep expert, was very thorough & answered all of our questions. We’re excited to have a new mattress & we’re so happy to have shopped at the El Cerrito Mattress Firm! Keep your business local & while you’re at it, enjoy lower sales tax than some neighboring counties. We returned today to purchase a new mattress & adjustable bed frame for my mother. Daniel is thankfully still working at the EC Mattress Firm. He provided us with excellent customer service & he showed my mother great respect. I didn’t even consider looking elsewhere. Another wonderful experience at a local EC business!
