They went out of there way to make us comfortable until our mattress came in we ordered. The shipping date was changed because of things out of there control but the owner made up for it . They are very nice and polite.

Absolutely the WORST mattress buying experience. I ordered my mattress and was told I'd receive it in 2 WEEKS. Well 2 weeks turned into 2 MONTHS. I was told lie after lie after lie. Of course he blames COVID, typical con. I tried to cancel my order but he wouldn't let me cancel it. He will not give you the manufacturer information so you can verify the order status. I do not recommend this company at all. Very REGRETTABLE decision to buy from Billie at the Mattress Dept

My husband and I purchased adjustable XL twin beds. They were uncomfortable and made our back hurt. Billy ordered and sent out some different mattresses that weren’t any better and ended up being 4 years old. When my husband went back to the store to discuss it with Billy, he was rude and obnoxious and refused to work with us.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for my mattress, nothing but the run around, won’t answer there phone ? They sent the wrong mattress out the first time ! They haven’t come got the wrong mattress. And won’t deliver the one I bought . Omg. They don’t pass the smell test !!!!
