The product and service from these guys are the best in the industry!! Not sure what the comments are about regarding poor service. I called in and got connected immediately and they were quick to answer my questions. Ordered a rope and a custom handle and they were nice enough to split the items up so I could get the rope that weekend and shipped the handle as soon as it was finished(custom made handle with engraved message was at my door within a week). These guys have been around for a long time and their products and service speak to why they are still the best in the business.

Funny got 4 emails from them on the same day that I purchased something from them. Now I want to return it, got the RMA number and the email stated I would get further instructions on how to do it. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and have tried to contact them twice for further instructions and still no response. Extremely poor customer service,

The products are good quality, but, items tend to be out of stock, deliveries can be seriously delayed.....and if you don't call, you'll never get a response as to why. Email and chat options are not very effective; you have to call and be " a squeaky wheel".
