Great experience with this therapist. Worked hard to get all my troubled areas despite me being her last client. From past experiences, other therapist would have just gone through the motions since they were so tired from being there all day. I really appreciate the effort and attention. Overall, she did exceptional job. She provided much needed relief to my back, neck, and shoulders.

I just have to say, everyone at Massage Envy Lakewood has been absolutely wonderful! My appointments with Auri have been amazing. She's so great at making me feel comfortable and really takes the time to listen to what I need. Thanks to her, we've been able to focus on the areas where I've been feeling discomfort. Plus, she's such a kind person while still being super professional. I can't recommend her enough!

Carlie is an exceptional massage therapist whose intentionality and attentiveness set her apart. Throughout the session, she consistently checked in to ensure the pressure, temperature, and overall experience were comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and, despite focusing on this area as requested, she was careful to avoid causing additional pain, demonstrating her expertise and thoughtfulness.

Her warm and personable nature is another standout quality—she skillfully balances conversation and silence, creating a relaxing yet engaging atmosphere without the awkwardness you might expect during such an overdue session (like mine, thanks to the pinched nerve!). Carlie’s professionalism and care make her well worth adding to my budget. Highly recommend!

Had a massage with Carlie. She was so nice, and she followed my requests perfectly! I will DEFINITELY book with her again!!! My only suggestion (NOT related to Carlie) is that the nice purple couches in the waiting area be changed to leather, or that they are cleaned more frequently . There are spots on them and idk if it’s from liquid (juice, etc) or bodily fluids from someone sitting there.

I've been to other places that do a better deep tissue massage. This one was not close. Most of the massage was more of squeezing the muscles. Maybe I got the wrong therapist.She definitely was very nice and knowledgeable.

I needed a day to reset and unwind, so I booked a massage at Massage Envy through the app, choosing the Lakewood, CA location. They sent a text for me to notify them when I arrived, and once they were ready, they let me know to come inside—meaning I waited in my car initially. Once inside, a friendly young lady greeted me and led me to the waiting room, where my therapist promptly came to get me. The ambiance was perfect, with music at just the right volume and no other noises to disrupt the relaxation. Nadia did an excellent job working out the kinks in my back. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

The one at the Lakewood center says they open at 8:00am. I go in at 8:30 and I let the receptionist know that, Hey I've been trying to call to make an appointment but nobody's answering the phone she was like oh we don't open till 9:00 but we open up at 8:00 which makes no sense then turn your open signs off. Then as I proceed to tell her that it doesn't show that on the website she cuts me off( So what can I help you with) I wasn't upset I just wanted her to know that no One was answering and they may be losing business before I can say that she cut me off and had an attitude first thing in the morning. If you don't like your job, go home. If today makes you lonely, maybe change your attitude. So your company just lost $300 in business due to your opening receptionist's attitude. Sorry if she's having a bitter Valentine's Day but it's not going to ruin mine.
