Would not recommend as a vendor. This place is run down, the room I was assigned didn’t have light and one of the walls outlet did not work. Other vendors are rarely there, therefore leaving you completely alone with clients. Could potentially be dangerous. Owners gave me a set price to lease, then sent me a contract with a price increase a month into my lease. Absolutely not what we discussed, and the increase was not at the rate we discussed. Overall would not rely on this place to grow your business. It’s a dead end.

I recommend vending and shopping with Marz boutique, the shop smells so good, organized and stays very clean! My customers always love coming there and have purchased both my services and theirs! I love royal_breyes (the Instagram page) lash services, super gorgeous, long retention and her privy Lash kits! I love VaughnCosmetics products they last long and smell the best and natural! Unrey_lareina (the Instagram page) got me totally right for my taxes! She is the best for notary services okuurrrt! it is always such a remarkable and exciting experience! They are professional, and have eloquent skill that is unique to the Business industry! You can’t find what they have any where else! That’s what I love, I am blessed to have a personal and customized experience every time! I have succeeded working with them in a variety of important ways! No weapon formed against this business shall prosper in the name of Jesus Christ I pray Amen! I pray that everyone in the establishment will never lack in health, protection, joy, abundance, perseverance, endurance, prosperity , provision, love and courage!
