Marvins is always a solid place to shop, and my recent experience proved that again. I’d been keeping an eye on a toolbox on clearance for a while. When I talked to the manager, he made me a heck of a deal since it had been there for some time. It checked all the boxes, so I grabbed it.

Unlike some places, Marvins isn’t crammed wall-to-wall with merchandise. You can actually walk around without feeling like you’re in an episode of Hoarders. They’ve got everything you need without the clutter. The staff knows their stuff and is always ready to help. Definitely worth stopping by.

Greeted within a minute of walking in. I had some keys made. Girl got help promptly and then made a three in just a few minutes. Felt like a good old-fashioned hardware store, only with a bigger inventory and larger selection. It's definitely quicker than other big box stores.

Been to the store 3xs since they opened. Everytime I tell myself I will not return, just bad all the way around, unknowledgeable staff with a not my job attitude, poor layout, seems if they dont know you they dont care to help or know much about the product, took 10 mins to to get someone to assist with a weed eater. (3 employees at the register talking with no customers)Happy to report haven't been back in over a year

The only place I use.friendly knowledgeably people. I call in several orders a week to get delivered , Donald the manager is always super helpful and gets the job done.the best prices of all the box stores too

You go to a lumber and building supply company expecting to be able to get what you need especially when they have what you need. But then they tell you that no one knows how to operate the fork lift to load what you need on your trailer so you would have to load it by hand. Then when you ask for help they tell you it’s self service outside and they can’t help you. What kind of supply store doesn’t have their employees trained on fork lifts where a customer can be helped at anytime. Besides that when you have spent upwards of $10,000 at this store over the last 6 months you would expect them to at least help you load what you need but no they tell you they can’t do that. I will never spend another dollar at this place.
