The staff there is super helpful and friendly and not looking to knock you over the head on the prices to fix your bike. I brought in two bikes and the staff helped fix one that day. And had the parts to fix the other small bike and all at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. Thanks Jesse for the help. Marty Bikes also has a great selection of good electric and regular bikes.

Jesse was extremely helpful with my wife and family with renting a few electric mountain bikes to try on the trails behind the shop.

He went above and beyond by making sure he had the right size bikes for us to test by moving some from another location. He was very friendly and thorough went showing my parents how to operate the bikes.

Will be buying from here sometime before the summer. I love how they let you rent and try the bikes before purchase. The rental fee then all goes towards buying a bike when you are ready. Love it.

The team at Marty’s in Randolph were amazing to work with. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they made me feel comfortable and taken care of as a new cyclist. Staff was all knowledgeable and took time to make sure I picked the proper bike for my son. They treated us like we were buying a very expensive bike and explained pros and cons to the different models to make sure we didn't miss anything in the process. Oh and they are storing it till Christmas so he doesn't see it!

From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel welcome. Took a couple of bikes for a test ride, and after going over further information, we found the right one. The staff, the owner provided complete professionalism. We went over my wants and needs for the bike to also fit the lifestyle of riding and with all of the available options they have in stock. We customized this Trek Marlin 8 GEN 3 to the max! Thank you everyone for excellent customer service! This is the only place I will go for bike/accessory shopping from now on!

Outstanding Service at Randolph Location

I recently had my bike repaired and serviced at the Randolph location, and the experience was fantastic. Due to a family emergency, I wasn’t able to ride the bike right after the repair. When I finally got the chance a few weeks later, I realized it wasn’t working properly. It was late on a Sunday, and I feared I would have to wait even longer or, worse, that my 13-year-old bike would need to be replaced.

Thankfully, Jessie and his crew were incredible. They immediately identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. I was so relieved! This is a family-owned and operated business with fun, friendly, and highly experienced staff who truly treat you like family. I can’t recommend them enough!
