Lost my grandson yellow croc. I informed the cashier, she was on it within a second, the floor manager found it within second. I had the croc within 30 seconds, I was so grateful and amazed the Marshall staff found it. Thank you

I went to Marshalls to get away from home and kill some time. I had not been to this Marshalls before. The store was neat and clean. I spent 2 hours browsing and trying on clothes. I ended up buying $180 and applying for a store credit card! The dressing room was clean and had nice mirrors inside and a bigger side winged one inside the dressing area. I enjoyed the variety of clothes, food products, and housewares where most of my purchases were from. The checkout line was long (5 people in front of me) with only 2 registers open. The clerk was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful with the credit card application. The receipt gives me no clue or ID for the clerk. I will be a return customer!

So I got two holiday sweaters for my husband to try on for a holiday party. They didn’t fit so I brought them back No problem the lady processed the refund… but it turns out it takes 5 days for you to see the refund $ in your account. The bank told me that… not the Marshalls store clerk. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t told at the time
