Love the place. We come here regularly every weekends for the Asian supermarket (99 Ranch). The supermarket is always stocked up with Asian products and produces. Plus, this place is within 10 minutes driving from our place, so it’s pretty convenient.
While we’re there, we basically would spend our brunch there, too. The Korean Soon Tofu soup, the Vietnamese New Sai Gon, and the Chinese Tai Wu restaurant are all good place to eat. We tried them all. The only place we never go is the pizza restaurant 🫣 apologize but when we’re in Asian-vibe neighborhood, we prefer Asian cuisines. That’s out bias.
There are other shops that are pretty convenient if you come for the market but have some other businesses to take care of. The optometry, the hair salon, the dry cleaners, the printing service, etc. Heck, they have a martial arts center here as well.
Sometimes we need to do printing and international shipping so we often visit the UPS at this location. Nice staff and service. Extremely patient with our clumsiness and requests. The dessert store here is also delicious, so you can give it a try.

Small ish shopping center anchored by 99 ranch and a few food options. Mostly Asian options. Decent parking. Fine place if the store or restaurant you need is here, but probably not worth going to workout a destination in mind.

Nice and neat Plaza. I visited the 99Ranch which had a good selection of Asian groceries. I do wish there were more Southeast Asian options (specifically Thai, Lao and Cambodian items).

A great place to go with lots of stores. Handicap parking available but parking spaces were a bit too skinny if you have a full size car or suv. Everything is open and was really clean and well kept

Ranch 99 Market offers low prices on vegetables, and Oriental spices, fish and meats, and food. Cooked take out food in market. Other restaurants on site. Parking may be scarce during peak shopping periods.

Nice mini mall, I came for the Pho which was good. Several restaurants, spa and medical services, groceries, a martial arts school, and a few other shops. Plentiful parking though can get busy.
